Content Marketing Executive Leaders (Executive Sport Ltd) run premium industry events, connect global senior industry leaders, and create essential industry intelligence to drive sport forward on and off the field of play. With two clear functional areas, Leaders connect people and ideas by running premium, invitation-only global summits and private networking forums for business executives and performance practitioners across the world of sport. Leaders also publish intelligence through a multimedia platform that publishes all year round to 105,000 sports industry leaders. The role: Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing effective multi-platform integrated marketing campaigns for the Leaders Performance Institute. Key Accountabilities

Implement multi-channel promotions through email marketing, social media, media partnerships, direct mail, digital advertising, PR and content marketing

Use content marketing strategies for both acquisition and retention of Performance Institute Members to hit key objectives

Write and edit high quality, compelling copy, which is accurate and grammatically correct, making sure that all printed and online communications demonstrate the defined value proposition for the brand

Work with the editorial plan to devise a marketing strategy that leads with content to drive engagement and ultimately membership sales

Own the upkeep of the Performance section of the website and lead on the user journeys of members and non-members

Manage personal deadlines to ensure necessary milestones are hit throughout the campaign

Identify, build and utilise relationships with appropriate key media partners Develop and maintain all relevant marketing and sales collateral to support marketing

campaigns and defined commercial needs Create and uphold effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (sales,

operations, content) and third-party partners (e.g. web agency, design agency) Demonstrate industry awareness and audience understanding Be a Leaders brand guardian - quality control on all things brand related and ensure the

highest standard in the use of the Leaders brand both in marketing material and when delivering live experiences at events

Report to Senior Management on campaign results Manage and report back on campaign budgets

Ideal Candidate

2-3 years of experience in B2B industries and preferably content or subscription experience

Interest in sport is desirable Great copy writing, proof reading skills and attention to details Previous experience in email marketing systems preferable Project management and organisation skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects

to tight deadlines and to prioritise tasks that deliver greatest revenue opportunities Understanding of marketing principles, developments and new techniques and

demonstrated experience in campaign management

Strong analytical skills and awareness of digital and online platforms Previous experience in email marketing systems preferable Computer literate with good knowledge of I.T. including Office packages, Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, Access and Outlook An advocate for the company and a good fit with the Leaders values: Quality,
