Upon delivery, over 30 experienced ECORACASA team members, engineers and site supervisors oversee the construction process and work closely with the client to customize design elements. The use of high standard prefabricated components guarantees that the ECORACASA build time can be as little as 6 months from breaking ground.
All ECORACASA construction sites are individually protected with ‘all-risk’ insurance policy and also meet any and all local regulations. In addition, each villa has a 10-year constructors guarantee. Q: How much will it cost to own a luxury home?•A: Our turn-key villa projects are substantially more affordable than you might think, especially in comparison to those that are built using
conventional building methods. Contact your local agent for full details and availability.
•Q: How does the payment process work?•A: Once you make the initial down payment of approximately 40% of the total cost, we will transfer the full ownership of the plot and the licensed
project into your name. As construction begins you will begin to pay on a fully certified monthly basis, meaning you will not pay for any work that
has yet to be completed. This unique low-risk payment structure offers the client added security throughout the building process. Your local agent
can assist you with any queries that you may have regarding the exact process stage by stage.
•Q: I have chosen a villa I love! Will the finished product look exactly the same?•A: The designs you see on this website are architectural representations of what the finished product will look like, right down to the shape and
size of the swimming pool and the landscaped gardens you decide upon. However, please note that these are template designs and that they can
each be customized and adjusted to suit your requirements and tastes.
•Q: Do I need to hire an architect?•A: You are welcome to bring an architect of your choosing to the project to work alongside our team, however, if you do wish to change some design
elements we can also provide an excellent architect who is already familiar with our designs and building processes to work closely with you.
•Q: So, after the building license is granted, can I leave everything with Domus Designs and collect the keys to my new home in approximately 6 months?•A: The estimated time for the completion of your villa – from gaining the license approval to the finalization of the construction - is just 6 months.
Building time may vary incrementally depending on the number and range of the chosen personalized design elements, but on average you are
looking at a total of 6-months for construction time.
