MEETINGS AND ENTERTAINING AT THE FROST ART MUSEUMHost a party in the Frost Art Museum’s soaring
gallery spaces, magnificent atrium, and on our
airy terrace. The Frost Art Museum offers a
variety of spaces that can be transformed to
accommodate either large or intimate events,
with capacities ranging from 20 to 500 guests.
Taplin Family Classroom and Dorothea & Steven Green Multipurpose RoomMultipurpose Rooms 105 & 107
The Taplin Family Classroom and Dorothea & Steven
Green Multipurpose Room are two spaces that are
perfect for corporate trainings or private gatherings.
The rooms are divided by operable, partition walls
that can open to transform the area into one large
space. The Dorothea & Steven Green Multipurpose
Room is equipped with a projector, touchscreen
control panel for audio and visual equipment, a
drop-down screen for presentations, and offers
sound and DVD capabilities.
Automatic window shades can be adjusted for
light, shade or privacy. The multipurpose rooms
provide direct access to the catering kitchen
and loading dock areas.
Dahlia Morgan Members’ LoungeThe Members’ Lounge is an ideal space for an
intimate meeting or gathering. Overlooking the
lake, the lounge is equipped with a digital TV
and a library filled with art publications.
Betty Laird Perry GalleryFirst Floor Galleries
The Betty Laird Perry Gallery is an add-on,
open space that can be accessed from
the multipurpose rooms and atrium of the
museum. This space is ideal for a reception,
luncheon or dinner with a window view
overlooking lake and fountain.
Kenan-Flagler Family Museum TerraceThe Kenan-Flagler Family Terrace is a unique
area for outdoor entertaining. The terrace
will add garden-style and lakeside elegance
to your event. The event area is spacious
and equipped with power outlets, permanent
outdoor lighting and furniture. The terrace
is also accessible by a side staircase from
the museum’s Sculpture Park, allowing for
flexibility with guest arrivals and departures.
There is also a garden-lined pathway leading
to the catering/loading dock area for easy
access with food and beverage service.
First Floor of the MuseumRent the entire first floor of the museum for
large groups complete with terrace, first floor
galleries and rooms! The Kenan-Flagler Family
Discovery Gallery located on the first floor
is an interactive area for children and adults
alike. Galleries and tours may be available to
guests upon prior request.
