Sam Spring has been appointed vice-president of corporate development at Kincora Copper Ltd. He was previously a senior mining analyst with the Goldman Sachs Group and Ocean Equities Ltd.

Mikhail Tsypukov has been appointed independent qualified person at Simba Gold Corp. He is a principal exploration geologist at SRK Exploration Services.

Matias Herrero has been appointed CFO at South American Silver Corp., replacing part-time CFO William Filtness, who will continue on with the company as a consultant. Herrero was previously CFO and vice-president, finance, at Rusoro Mining Ltd., corporate controller at Pacific Rubiales Energy and CFO at Helios Resource Corp.
