CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES CHICAGO PRESS RELEASE No. ___ _ AN INVIT ATION TO THE FILIPINO AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH (FAHM) CELEBRATION IN THE MIDWEST The Consulate General of the Philippines, in cooperation with the Filipino American communities in Chicago, suburban Illinois, and the Midwest, would like to invi te everyone to acti vely participate and support the celebration of Filipino American History Month (FAHM) in Chicago, suburban Illinois, and the Midwest. The Consulate General likewise thanks Midwest officials who have issued proclamations honoring the significant ro le and contributions of Filipino Americans , namely: Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner, Chicago, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Village of Skokie Mayor Van Dusen, City of Darien Mayor Kathleen Moesle Weaver and Village of Bolingbrook Mayor Roger Claar. AN INVITATION TO THE FILIPINO AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH (FAHM) CELEBRATION IN THE MIDWEST

The Consulate General of the Philippines, in cooperation with the Filipino American communities in Chicago, suburban Illinois, and the Midwest, would like to invite everyone to actively participate and support the celebration of Filipino American History Month (FAHM) in Chicago, suburban Illinois, and the Midwest.
