Newton Kellam, Esq., Founding Partner

Mr. Kellam is a senior attorney within the firm and has been practicin law for more than 16 years. Throughout his tenure as an attorney, Mr. Kellam has focused on representation of large-scale general contractors. This includes publics works litigation and involves bidding disputes, delay claims, breach of contract litigation, and other matters related to the public works construction arena.

A graduate of Western Sate University School of Law, Mr. Kellam is licensed to practice before all the Courts of the State of California. Since 2003, Mr. Kellam has recovered over $7,000,000 on behalf of general contractors.

Erik McLain, Esq., Founding Partner

Mr. McLain is a partner with the firm and has been practicing since 2000. His practice focuses on busines law, intellectual property, and es-tate planning. He frequently represents mid-sized businesses on issues of business formation and corporate compliance, business litigation, trademark application and prosecution, and transactional matters.

Mr. McLain graduated from Whittier Law School with honors. He is also a graduate of St. John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in ac-counting. Mr. McLain is licensed to practice before all the Courts of the State of California and New York. He is also admitted to several federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
