When looking into the construction workforce it is important to remember that it can be competitive. In the work place things might always be smoot sailing. Make sure that you are always acting in an appropriate way. Harassment is a serious issue that will not be taken lightly in the workforce. In addition the workforce can be a stressful place. Try not to bring the stress to work, if it is something you struggle with you should try to find technics to handle stress appropriately. 16Work Place IssuesStress: the feeling of tension, strain, anxiety from events that are outside of your control whether at home or at work

Alcohol is legal if of age but should not be brought to the work place.

The use of illegal drugs usually results in termination of employment.
