preconceived ideas that they may have• TEACHING DOCTRINE

– to teach the new believer a new lifestyle• FELLOWSHIP

– to promote Christian fellowship in the family of God• HOLINESS• PRAYER

How to CONFIRM & VERIFY the new believer’s salvation?

1. INTRODUCE yourself2. BREAK THE ICE3. Ask simple DIAGNOSTIC QUESTIONS

• WHERE IS CHRIST NOW? In my heart…• WHY DO YOU THINK HE IS THERE? Because the Word of

God says so, and I believe it.• WHAT DID CHRIST DO AT THE CROSS? He died for my

sins.• WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO BE SAVED? Believe in

Christ and accept him into my heart.4. INTRODUCE or REINFORCE specific teaching points

that are relevant to the person you are consolidating5. Fill out the VERIFICATION FORM6. PRAY for them
