In general, I think the PS4 is the beast console. It has the fastest CPU and the most RAM and uses an internal power supply to keep it compact. It is also cheaper than the Xbox One and much more powerful than the Wii U.

Taking only the specs into account, the NVidia Shield is the best handheld, however because of its high cost and tiny library of games, I think the PSP is the best handheld available.
