Compaq International use liquid silicon rubber material to ensure a reliable performance for manufacturing of Cold Shrink Cable Terminations & Jointing kits. The Terminations developed by Compaq can meet a wide range of applications and can also accommodate all types of conductors and cables used in the networks.
On a removable spiral core, a series of pre-stretched components are assembled and these units are utilized in Cold Shrink Terminations. After positioning the tube for installation over inline connection, the core is taken off, which allows the tube to shrink and form a water proof seal.

Compaq Shear Head bolt Lugs & connectors are mechanical
type, with shear-off-head bolts and transfers grooving. Cable
lugs and connectors are suitable for all types of cables with Al
and Cu conductors. All our connectors and cable lugs have
been equipped with shear head bolts, which guarantee a sure
and even result without the need for special tools. Compaq
range of mechanical lugs has been designed as a practical
alternative to crimping methods. Compaq mechanical Lugs are designed and manufactured in
accordance to International standard IEC 61238-1 Class A and
are suitable for low/medium/high voltage applications.

Compaq's screened separable connectors are sculpted to join
single and three core polymeric cables to medium voltage gas
insulated switchgear. These connectors are also prescribed for
630/1250 Amp. till 36 kV. Outdoor and Indoor setups can be
facilitated uniformly by these Compaq screened separable
connectors due to its top quality and strength of design as
modified silicone rubber is used in its making and has a thin film
conductive cover linked with the earth to protect it.
Supporting a wide application range, the design incorporates
one body and stress cone adapters to cover all cross-sections
from 25 to 500 mm2.

Composite Silicone Insulators produced by Compaq, yield
appreciable performance even in harsh working conditions. A
pultruded fiber glass rod is used as the housing over this
insulator. The ends of this glass rod are secured by aluminium
fittings or galvanized steel. Silicone or Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
(EVA) can also be provided as the housing materials
depending upon the requirements of the clients.
The insulators designed by the Compaq International
comprise of Polymer disc insulator, Pin type composite
insulators, Polymer Strain Insulators, suspension long rod
silicone rubber insulator, cross arm silicone rubber insulators,
station post polymer insulators and etc.

unit manufacturing. Silicone rubber is used for designing
Compaq fuse cut-outs as these insulators are able to withstand
