WHEREAS, Joshua Fischer, a management information systems major at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU), will graduate having achieved a 3.80 GPA, and

WHEREAS, During his tenure at CCSU, his many accomplishments included earning second place in the Traveler's IT Case Competition; membership in the Delta Mu Delta Academic Honor Society and Golden Key National Honor Society; holding the positions of president and treasurer of the MIS Club; president of the board of directors for the Stonewood Condo Association; organizing student tutoring and writing computer guides for the CCSUlNew Britain Homeless Initiative; volunteering to develop a summer camp website for IT Tech Stop and Hebron Center; preparing donated computers for use at Wish School in Hartford; and is a desktop support intern for ING and desktop/network intern for ITECH Stop; and
