Arabsat extends the reach of enterprises and governments by providing unparalleled coverage and managed services that supports VPNs, Video conferencing, distance learning, solutions across Middle East, Africa and Europe.Arabsat satellites are entrusted by various Governments, Enterprises, SMEs and VSAT network operators across the region for a secure, robust, reliable and powerful connectivity.
Telecom Operators
Fixed and Mobile Network Operators (MNO) can leverage Arabsat’s high throughput satellites to capture growth opportunities cost-effectively with minimal operational complexities. Telecom operators can augment their current network to meet growing customer demands and to expand into underserved areas.
Our satellites and ground infrastructure support backhaul, trunking and VNO services to access the internet backbone. With the increase in demand for mobile connectivity, either there is a need to upgrade networks from 2G to 3G/4G or require a Cellular backhaul solution, Arabsat’s satellites provide an unprecedented managed solution to cater for all the needs.
Broadband Solutions
Arabsat’s newly launched broadband solution provides affordable, fast & reliable connectivity. Unlike fiber, satellite broadband is available anywhere. Our solutions are designed to cater for homes, offices, schools, health care centers or community access points such as WiFi hotspots.

Founded in 1976 by the 21 member-states of the Arab League, Arabsat has been serving the growing needs of the Arab world for over 40 years, operating from its headquarter in Riyadh-KSA and two Satellite control stations in Riyadh and Tunis.
Now one of the world’s top satellite operators and by far the leading satellite services provider in the Arab world, it carries over 650 TV channels, 270 radio stations, pay-tv networks and wide variety of HD channels reaching tens of millions of homes in more than 80 countries across the Middle East, Africa and Europe—including an audience of over 170 million viewers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region alone tuned into Arabsat’s video “hotspot” at 26° E.
Operating a growing fleet of owned satellites at the 20°E, 26°E, 30.5°E and 39°E, ARABSAT is the only satellite operator in the MENA region offering the full spectrum of Broadcast, Telecommunications and Broadband services. This capacity will continue to expand with the launching of new satellites, making ARABSAT satellites’ fleet the youngest in the region.
