Welcome from the President....Welcome to the Wiley College Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. The Hall of Fame was reestablished in 2012 and the program provides the Wiley College family the opportunity to celebrate the great tradition of Wiley College Athletics.
The Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is a celebration of the accomplishments of dedicated individuals, successful teams, and committed coaches. I want to personally thank you for joining us in bridging the gap and uniting the past athletic accomplishments with the great potential of the future of Wiley College Athletics.
It is an honor to welcome these legends into the Wiley Athletics Hall of Fame, they embody everything a Wildcat represents in the classroom, in competition and in life. We are proud to recognize them for their service to Wiley. Enjoy the Homecoming festivities and take this opportunity to see how you can help make a difference at your Alma Mater.
Warmest Regards,

Induction Ceremony and LuncheonCoach Courtney Pruitt
Associate Director of Athletics/ Head Women’s Basketball Coach
The reason for our gathering today is well chronicled in the pages of this program. We welcome the Wiley community, our friends, and our families who join us in this celebration of the great athletes who have graced these hollowed grounds. We thank them and know that you share in our pride of the accomplishments of these individuals and teams. We look forward, with you, to bestowing similar accolades on those who will follow in these remarkable footsteps at Wiley College.
Allow me to take a moment to congratulate the Honorees on their induction to the Wiley College Athletic Hall of Fame. It is a great honor for them, their family, and all of Wildcat Nation. Each of you delivered championships or championship moments to Wiley as a player and as a student leader, but more importantly, you set an example on and off the playing surface with your family. You have given the modern day Wildcat a road map to emulate.
I want to join Dr. Joseph L. Morale in thanking the committee who worked so hard to make today possible. A special thanks to Trustee Richard Foppe’ Hodge Sr., Wiley College National Alumni Association Director of Events, your love of Wiley is unmatched and your dedication to excellence is appreciated more than you can ever imagine. Enjoy Homecoming 2014!

I would like to take this time to thank Wiley College for accepting me as one of their students and giving me the op-portunity to educate myself to higher levels of life. A special dedication to my family for the love and support they have provided to me throughout the years. As I am inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame, I share this special moment with the ones who have gone home to be with the Lord; my parents Emmitt and Loarine Richerson, and my two broth-ers McHerman and Emmitt Richerson. Today I share
this moment with my charming, adorable, and sweet husband, Dwayne Kinley and ex-traordinary sister, Emma Richerson. God Bless each of you Stella Richerson-Kinley Wiley College Alumna, Class of 1983

Wilbert, when I first met you, it was obvious how much you loved the game of basketball. You were so excited just to talk about having the
opportunity to play for Wiley College-and play you did! God allowed you to exceed your own expectations. When I look at you, I see the man I love, someone who works hard for what he believes in and a wonderful husband who always puts his family first. I want you to know that I am so proud of the man you are.
