WEDDING CELEBRATIONSFood and Beverage minimums are set based on ballroom
selections, number of guests, and style of event.
INCLUDES:Four hours of set up time
China, glass, and silver (for two-hour buffet service)
Black or ivory eight-point linens and napkins
Three votive candles per table
Dance floor with riser/sweets table or DJ table (additional dance floor or risers available to rent)
One buffet runner (if hosting a buffet)
One wait staff (per every five to six tables, if hosting a buffet)
One banquet captain to oversee the event

GUEST ROOMS & SUITES
STANDARD DOUBLE-QUEEN OR KING ROOM
A spacious 490 sq. ft. with a luxurious bathroom featuring
double granite-topped vanities and our premiere bath
collection products. AMENITIES INCLUDE: 40” flat panel
HDTV, digital alarm clock, executive work desk, a sleeper
sofa bed, high-speed WiFi (for a nominal fee).
KING ONE BEDROOM SUITE
900 sq. ft. with a private bedroom featuring a king bed
and step-out balcony. AMENITIES INCLUDE: two 40” flat
panel HDTVs, tub with separate shower (in select suites),
a wet bar, dining room table, and an executive work desk.
PRESIDENTIAL SUITE
1,100 sq. ft. featuring a private bedroom with king bed,
step-out balcony, large living and dining area, plus a
powder room. AMENITIES INCLUDE: two 40” flat panel
HDTVs, a large dining table and chairs, full-size living
room couch and chair, wet bar with fridge, and tub with
separate shower (in select suites).
GUEST BOOKING LINK
Let your guests make reservations directly into your
exclusive room block. You will be provided a link to share
with your family and friends so they may make and pay
for their reservation on their own. Plus, you will receive a
rooming list to keep track of all attendees.
