DEAR AEROSPACE GRADUATES OF THE CLASS OF 2020:

On behalf of the faculty and staff of the department, I want to offer a heartfelt congratulations on your accomplishments. We would be proud of you for successfully completing what we know is a challenging degree program under any circumstances, but you deserve a special pat on the back for finishing your degree in a semester unlike any other. In a normal year, I would be on stage congratulating each of you in person at commencement; I am sorry to have to do so by email this year. Please know that we consider you part of the Michigan Aero family, and look forward to your keeping us apprised of your progress through the years. You should also know that our desire to help you in your careers does not end with your graduation from the program.

It has been an honor and a pleasure to teach you. Congratulations, good luck, and Go Blue!
