To enable open items in foreign currency bank accounts to be
revalued at period end. Currently the open items in the accounts
remain unchanged if the exchange rate is updated on the system.
This will give an incorrect valuation for these items.

New accounts have been added to the list of supported
currencies. These will be posted to at the point of revaluation.
