We could give immeasurable and countless reasons about parenting. It is the noblest career in the world where there are no

days off and work leaves. Every day is a challenge, but all is worth it. Having a baby creates a wonderful ambiance inside the

house and makes every family member unquestionably happy. Talking about parenting, moms have greater roles especially

even before the babies are set out for them to witness life in this world. Carrying them for nine months and providing them all

that they need physically, spiritually, and emotionally, are crucial. Finding out ways to give them a genuine care is what

matters the most for these kids have no ability yet to express themselves and what they need. Parents’ roles would now enter

in this situation.

Health of these unborn kids is the most important of all for them to live a better life. Who would want to see their kids

struggling with illnesses at a very young age? No one in their right minds would just let that happen. Therefore, as early as

knowing (for moms) that there is already a living body inside you, better take time to practice prenatal yoga for this has

several health benefits for you and your baby. Think too about yourself because you are carrying a little life inside you and you

are the very source of his/her life. Make yourself healthy and you will absolutely make your baby fit too.

How to start off? Here are the best ways.

Relax your mind and spirit - As we all know, our subconscious and body follow what the mind thinks of. Therefore, if the

mind is thinking about negative things, they will also reflect in the body. That is not applicable especially for pregnant moms.

You can sooth your mind and body by breathing deeply and slowly. Relax your muscles by sitting down gently. Look for a well-

ventilated place where you would do it. Entertain the warm breeze around and inhale them. Take a moment to think of happy

memories and pray. Revive yourself and strengthen your faith and ask the creator to guide you all the way to give a new life.

Stretch and Breathe Properly – Enrol in a prenatal yoga class or be guided accordingly by yoga experts if you want to do it

right at your own home. Stretching will relieve muscle tensions and slowly breathing will make your respiratory system function

well.
