The Mallard SuiteOur largest conference suite is a magnificent space, able to accommodate up to 400 people. With its own

adjoining bar area and huge floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the lake, it’s bound to impress and

inspire your delegates. Providing over 410m2 of floor space, there are a wealth of opportunities for this room,

from large conferences to functions to exhibitions, and it can be divided into four separate areas if preferred.

The Kingfisher SuiteSituated on the ground floor, this light and airy lakeside suite has enormous windows that make the most of

the stunning views. With its own adjoining bar area and nearly 300 metres of flexible floor space, it can be

tailored to suit your requirements and is perfect for large conferences and functions for up to 400 people.

The Whimbrel MarqueeOur permanent, rigid sided marquee is sure to give your event the wow factor. Measuring an impressive

540m2 and reaching a height of 5 metres at its peak, it has capacity for 500 guests, or 800 when combined

with the adjoining Kingfisher Suite. The full glass frontage lets in lots of natural light and maximises

the wonderful view across the lake. Fitted with mains electric heating, lighting and power sockets, this

sophisticated venue has everything you need for a successful event, from a gala dinner to a team building

event. Its extra strong floor can support vehicles weighing up to 2.5 tonnes, making it a popular choice for

product launches.



Ourlargersuites

Food for thoughtOur talented chefs have a wealth of experience in catering for events and enjoy the challenge of creating delicious dishes that will

impress your guests. If you have something specific in mind, we will happily work with you to create a bespoke menu or suggest a

style of cuisine that suits your requirements. Our menus are designed to cater for the majority of people, but they can be adapted

so that they’re gluten free or suitable for people with other food intolerances. Halal and Kosher dishes are available on request

from our dedicated suppliers.

Working lunchesWe can serve lunch to you in your meeting room, or for larger groups, in one of the break out areas adjacent to your suite.

The BrasserieLooking out over the lake, our contemporary restaurant has two permanent lunchtime buffet stations, ensuring there is something

for everyone. With three hot choices daily, a wide range of salads, and a selection breads and jacket potatoes with imaginative

fillings, you can create your own favourite lunchtime meal, then finish off with tempting desserts, fruits and cheeses. The Brasserie

can accommodate 400 people for lunch in one sitting and, when the weather is pleasant, the outdoor seating area is the ideal place

to enjoy the lake view and take in some fresh air.

Private diningPerhaps you would like one of our private lakeside suites or our grand marquee. Smaller rooms are available for private dining, so

there are plenty of options for more intimate gatherings. Ideal for social occasions, our bowl food menu is packed with tantalisingly

tasty dishes and includes a generous selection of appetizers, mains and desserts. We can provide a buffet for up to 800 guests.

Making you feel at home Unlimited hot drinks, such as tea, cappuccinos, espressos and other popular beverages are provided, and unlimited soft drinks are
