For the paper to be published in the publishing website and conference souvenir, at least one author has to register within the due date following all the norms of registration policy. The deadline of registration in any mode is 20/03/2018. The registration fees include Conference Kit, Tea Break Coupons, Lunch Coupons during Conference and Coupon for Gala Dinner on Closing Ceremony. No Accommodation fees are included in registration fees. During the time of submission of registration, the following documents should be submitted in the given sequence (attached in the proper sequence). CAMERA READY PAPER AUTHOR REGISTRATION FORM CO-AUTHOR REGISTARTION FORM (if Any) TUTORIAL REGISTATION FORM (If Any) INSTITUTE IDENTITY CARD (Scanned Copy) IEEE COPYRIGHT FORM REGISTRATION FEE SUBMISSION PROOF oScanned Copy of Demand Draft (The original has to be provided at the time of conference) oPDF copy of the Online Receipt generated from the Bank during Fees Submission with all the details of the Transaction.
All the file names should begin with Paper ID followed by the type of Form i.e. for Author Registration of a paper with ID XY12345, the name of the Document should be XY12345_Author Registration Form.

Smart cities are recognized as the developing platform to drive progressive change. They are considered to be the propellers of economic growth and conventional development. The objective of the smart cities is to use digital communication and system network to have optimization in the use of resources like energy, water, transportation and infrastructure and improve governance, health care and waste management. Smart Cities require continuous power supply, which essentially requires having strong and smart transmission and distribution systems.
The objective of ICSESP-2018 is to analyse and therefore provide a better standard of living via improved and automated mechanisms by embedding latest technologies which entail incessant supply of power. It provides a platform to bring together all the academicians and researchers to understand and review the challenges that creates disturbance in the poor power distribution network. As our Temple City, Bhubaneswar is declared as the Smartest City in the country, this conference would chalk out plans and nurture ideas to make our city a leading example for others. The objective of the conference is
To determine the challenges in developing smart energy infrastructure
To find solutions to eradicate power flow and power quality issues
To avoid blackouts through microgrids and distributed generation
To analyze development of infrastructure focusing on electrification of transportation.
To develop and discuss safety and security solutions for power terrorism.
