Authors can set up their poster during 8am – 9am of each day, and the poster should be in place before the

first break in the mornings. The authors should remove their own posters by the end of the next day (17:30

Friday 6th July).

The size of the poster board is 180 cm high x 90 cm wide. Posters should be in A0 size (119 cm high x 84 cm

wide), in portrait layout only. Do not mount a poster larger than the area allowed. It will be removed. Your

poster number is located at the top left corner of the board. Find your poster number in the conference

program. Push pins will be available for your use.
