The Kentucky Pharmacists Association supports the pharmacists
and pharmacy technicians of Kentucky by providing programming
on up-to-date topics related to pharmacy practice. Pharmacists and
pharmacy technicians who practice in hospital/health systems,
community, retail, consultant, long-term care and insurance indus-
tries are the targeted audience for this meeting.
Since patient centered care is paramount, this convention targets
topics such as diabetes, immunization and new drugs, as well as
topics related to Board Authorized Protocols and more!
As an ACPE accredited provider, the Kentucky Pharmacy Research
and Education Foundation (KPERF) must ensure balance, independ-
ence, objectivity and scientific rigor in all its educational activities. Any person who is in a position to control the
content or direction of a CPE activity must disclose any financial interest or other relationship with a commercial in-
terest producing healthcare goods or services that have a direct bearing on the subject matter of the programming.
Full Disclosure will be given verbally prior to the activity.
For successful completion of the Knowledge Based CPE activities and subsequent awarding of credit,
each participant (Pharmacist and Technician) must COMPLETE an activity evaluation online form and
include your NABP eProfile ID and birthdate (MM/DD). We suggest you
submit credits following each session. You will receive a code following
each session tat will be required to submit for CE. Please follow the QR
code to register through LecturePanda.
Meal functions are open to all registered attendees; name tags required.
There is an additional charge to attend the Ray Wirth Awards Banquet.
Registration is required to attend any or all continuing education programs.
Meeting attire is business casual; President’s Reception and Ray Wirth Awards Ban-
quet are cocktail.
