Conference Fees
All participants will be charged the following fees for attending the conference:
Members of IWMA & Supporting Organizations:Payment before 08/24/2012: 480 EuroPayment after 08/24/2012: 540 Euro
Non-Members:Payment before 08/24/2012: 540 EuroPayment after 08/24/2012: 600 Euro
Speakers: 400 Euro
Conference Reception and Exhibition
All conference participants are invited to join the conference reception and exhibition held at the WTC and hosted by the IWMA on the evening of 14th November with food and drinks.
Social Life
With regard to local culture and customs, IWMA will recommend evening activities for Thursday night for interested parties.
Modes of Payment
From this year onwards participants are asked to pay with credit cards when registering. Only in certain cases will payment via bank transfer be possible.

Conference Material
Each participant will receive a usb-stick with information on the conference sessions/presentations. This will be distributed after the event.
Conference Language
The language for presentations will be English. Spanish ttranslation will be provided.

Basically all participants are responsible for their own hotel arrangements. However, when registering, participants will find details of a reasonably priced hotel in which the IWMA has blocked a number of rooms.
