The 450GP is the pro’s choice for any hard floor type. A walk-behind, single operator machine, the 450GP is ideal for coating removal, surface preparation (for coating applications), grinding, polishing, floor stripping and deep scrubbing. Operators can easily switch from one application to the next with simple tool-free driver removal and installation procedures. The 450GP is designed for maneuverability, flexibility and high production output on any floor surface. Flex head™ technology with HexFlex™ drivers ensures a smooth surface in the fewest amount of passes. Variable engine speeds, vacuum dust port, removable weights and an on-board water supply allow the operator to adjust the performance parameters of the 450GP to meet the requirements of a variety of hard floor surfaces including concrete, terrazzo, marble, stone and quarry tile floor surfaces. The 450GP comes standard with EcoSense emissions monitoring system and SAFR technology to keep CO levels low even with a dirty air filter.

The 430GP is a multipurpose, propane powered machine designed to polish, strip, and scrub hard floors. The machine has the same footprint as the 450GP, but is simplified for ease of use for wet applications. With a tool free conversion, the machine can accommodate diamond drivers, pad holders, and brushes. Because safety is a priority, the 430GP comes standard with EcoSense emissions monitoring system and SAFR Technology to keep CO levels low even with a dirty air filter.

This propane powered floor care machine polishes and burnishes hard floor surfaces such as concrete, marble, and terrazzo. Variable speed control (1000-1500 rpm), on board water supply, and a variety of diamond pads create an effective, efficient, and versatile system for professional building service contractors. The 420GPHD comes standard with EcoSense emissions monitoring system and SAFR Technology to keep CO levels low even with a dirty air filter. The 420GPHD comes equipped with a weight bracket for maximum head pressure as well as a dust port to accommodate a vacuum hose for dry grinding. In addition, it comes standard with a heavy-duty diamond driver for traditional 3 inch, (83 mm) diamonds.

The 225GP utilizes a triple planetary gear drive powered by a 1.5 HP (1,1 kW) DC rectified motor with quick disconnect for easy troubleshooting and service. For added safety, the machine is equipped with a 40’ power cord and GFCI. The enclosed 2.5 gallon (9,5 liter) solution tank does not spill water while changing attachments, and the integral splash/dust skirt contains splash and assists in dust collection.

LockOut™ is a micro-film forming treatment that hardens and protects the floor, creating a breathable, ultra-hard, water and dust repellent surface. The unique colloidal lithium and polymer blend formulation provides superior stain protection and the ability to burnish the floor to a high gloss shine.

Uniquely formulated, Reclaim Hard Floor Cleaner and Maintainer™ seals and protects as it cleans. Specifically designed to resist stains, Reclaim’s pH level provides improved cleaning performance of oil based contaminants. Reclaim is safe for daily use.

HardCore™ increases the durability of the floor, significantly prolonging shine and stain resistance. The Lithium Silica and Potassium Siliconate formulation deeply penetrates the floor surface, creating a chemical reaction that produces hard, crystalline structures which fill voids, add structure, and reduce the porosity of the concrete floor.

PowerPolish™ Discs provide an easy-to-use, cost effective system for repairing damage and restoring gloss to polished floors. Each 3” disc is labeled to eliminate errors and easily attaches to the machine via hook and loop (no tools required).

PowerPolish HT Burnishing Pads are an extremely durable, cost effective alternative to diamond impregnated pads. High resin construction and an interior laminate barrier improves heat build-up, producing faster results and higher gloss levels while burnishing.

A preliminary step is required for floors that show distinct wear patterns, surface scratches, acid etching, or have never been polished before.

Many competitive product systems rely on the use of conventional floor scrubbers and polishers to restore gloss and have proven to be ineffective in eliminating the more challenging issues commonly associated with polished floors.

Pioneer Eclipse’s integrated system of products are specifically designed to easily and economically perform otherwise challenging restorative maintenance procedures.

If the floor no longer maintains the desired appearance level following daily maintenance procedures:

• If the floor does not exhibit any of the above, proceed to Step 2.• Otherwise polish the floor with PowerPolish REPAIR Discs, making 2-4 passes.

• Polish the floor with PowerPolish PREP discs, making 2-4 passes.

• Apply HardCore Densifying Treatment to the floor.

• For a matte finish, polish the floor with PowerPolish #1 Blue Discs, make 2-4 passes.• For a semi-gloss finish, continue with PowerPolish #2 Blue Discs, make 2-4 passes.• For a high-gloss finish, continue with PowerPolish #3 Blue Discs, make 2-4 passes.• For an ultra high-gloss finish, continue with PowerPolish #4 Blue Discs, make 2-4 passes.

• Apply a thin, uniform coat of LockOut Hard Floor Protector.• Allow the floor to dry thoroughly (approximately 7-12 minutes).• Burnish the floor with a UHS floor burnisher and PowerPolish HT Burnishing Pads.• Repeat the process, applying a second coat followed by burnishing.

• Clean the floor with Reclaim Hard Floor Cleaner & Maintainer at the recommended dilution, using an automatic scrubber and soft red cleaning pads.

• Burnish the floor with a UHS floor burnisher and PowerPolish HT Burnishing Pads.

• Re-apply a thin, uniform coat of LockOut Hard Floor Protector.• You may also restore gloss by using a UHS floor burnisher with PowerPolish 3000 Grit
