7:30 Practice

8:30 Load

8:50 Depart PHS

9:20 Arrive at Decatur Central HS/Unload

9:50 Transit to Warm-Up

9:55 Warm-Up

10:25 Transit to Stage

10:30 Performance

11:05 Sight Read

11:25 Go Back to Homeroom and Pack Up

11:40 Load Busses/Leave for PHS

12:10pm Arrive at PHS/Unload/Go Home

Please remember:

1. Have everything you need for your instrument. (Reeds/Valve Oil/Etc.)

2. Have everything you need for the performance. (Sticks/Mallets/Etc.)

3. Don’t forget to bring your music.

4. Eat light before you come to rehearsal.

5. Treat the host school with respect.

6. Wear concert attire.

7. Perform your best!
