NO SHANK CARBIDE
SAW TOOTH G U I DE
This tooth holder is most commonly used when the customerprefers a 2-1/4" kerf tooth, and wants maximum butt platesurface area. The design of tooth holder allows the butt plateto approach the teeth an additional 2" when compared to theseries 1 and 5 saws. It is not recommended for use in highimpact applications. Disk thickness 7/8".
SERIES 2: "1-LEG"
This tooth holder is most commonly used where high impactsare frequent. This design is QUADCO’s strongest set-up. The tooth holder adapts to 2-1/4" kerf teeth with 1-1/4"diameter shank, long or short. Disk thickness ranges from 1" up to 1-1/8". They are also avaible for the 1" no-shankstyle tooth.
SERIES 1: "2-LEG HEAVY DUTY"
This tooth holder was developed for light weight discsystems. The smaller teeth (1-7/8" & 2") and attachinghardware increase the tree support plate accumulation area.Disk perimeter thickness ranges from 5/8" to 7/8".
SERIES 3: "2-LEG REGULAR"
This tooth holder was designed for lightweight disk systems.An additional feature over the Series 3 holder is the "wearplate" located just in front of the tooth. The plate deflectsabrasives from the bare disk, increasing the life of the diskin abrasive conditions. Added material at the rear of theholder increases saw torque. The tooth holder adapts to all1-7/8" & 2" teeth with 1" diameter shank, long or short.
SERIES 4: "2-LEG ABRASIVE"

SERIES 5: "FULL COVER"
This tooth holder was designed to reduce air drag, increasetorque and completely protect the perimeter of the sawagainst abrasion. It can retrofit disks equipped with non-full-cover holders (series 1, 3 or 4).
SERIES 6 : "2-LEG FULL COVER REVERSIBLE" Symetrical design to allow tooth to be mounted on eitherside, which means the life of the holder can be doubled. Incase of impact damage or sand wear, the tooth holder can beturned and reinstalled with proper precautions. Also, the saw disk rotation can be changed simply by moving the teeth.

Concave and keeps a better cutting edge longer. Tips can be resharpened right
on the blade with a disk grinder.

This tooth holder is most commonly used when the customerprefers a 2-1/4" kerf tooth, and wants maximum butt platesurface area. The design of tooth holder allows the butt plateto approach the teeth an additional 2" when compared to theseries 1 and 5 saws. It is not recommended for use in highimpact applications. Disk thickness 7/8".
SERIES 2: "1-LEG"
This tooth holder is most commonly used where high impactsare frequent. This design is QUADCO’s strongest set-up. The tooth holder adapts to 2-1/4" kerf teeth with 1-1/4"diameter shank, long or short. Disk thickness ranges from 1" up to 1-1/8". They are also avaible for the 1" no-shankstyle tooth.
SERIES 1: "2-LEG HEAVY DUTY"
This tooth holder was developed for light weight discsystems. The smaller teeth (1-7/8" & 2") and attachinghardware increase the tree support plate accumulation area.Disk perimeter thickness ranges from 5/8" to 7/8".
SERIES 3: "2-LEG REGULAR"
This tooth holder was designed for lightweight disk systems.An additional feature over the Series 3 holder is the "wearplate" located just in front of the tooth. The plate deflectsabrasives from the bare disk, increasing the life of the diskin abrasive conditions. Added material at the rear of theholder increases saw torque. The tooth holder adapts to all1-7/8" & 2" teeth with 1" diameter shank, long or short.

SERIES 5: "FULL COVER"
This tooth holder was designed to reduce air drag, increasetorque and completely protect the perimeter of the sawagainst abrasion. It can retrofit disks equipped with non-full-cover holders (series 1, 3 or 4).
SERIES 6 : "2-LEG FULL COVER REVERSIBLE" Symetrical design to allow tooth to be mounted on eitherside, which means the life of the holder can be doubled. Incase of impact damage or sand wear, the tooth holder can beturned and reinstalled with proper precautions. Also, the saw disk rotation can be changed simply by moving the teeth.
