rous wheels. The exceptionally uni- form density of VCP wheels results in superior form holding, more precise finishes, and less need for dressing. Also, by allowing better flow of grind- ing fluid, VCP wheels reduce the risk of burning the most heat-sensitive ma- terials. The wheels use Norton’s stron- gest vitrified bond in a variety of po- rosity levels and grades. VCP’s bond strength allows for higher wheel speeds over competing porous prod- ucts, enhancing grinding productivity.
