Compressed air energy is a major cost to most manufacturing facilities - often 20-30% of the energy bill. Our compressed air energy information system monitors the compressed air flow and corresponding electrical energy usage throughout a facility. Current clamps are placed on each compressor and flow meters are places at the main trunk and department branches. Our advanced analytics can even determine where waste is in the system (such as leaks, stuck valves, and when compressors shouldn't be running). We also provide an engineering service to specify the sensors and provide the instructions to the installer about install location and configuration per sensor.
