Credit unions issuing debit cards or Platinum credit cards through our programs receive the world-class backing of either Visa or MasterCard.

Digital Plastics

You hold all the cards with Digital Plastics. Digital Plastics offers the ability to create custom images without a minimum order. You can use a custom image or choose from a digital library. Credit unions no longer have to maintain stocks of preprinted card plastics, resulting in huge cost savings over traditional card processes.

SafeLinkSM

SafeLink provides a secure Internet-based solution for file transmissions between your credit union and our processing platform. Credit and/or debit card data is encrypted before transmission to ensure the privacy of sensitive information.

Card Activation with Mail Integration

Cards mailed from our processing center are integrated with other non-card mail to eliminate easy recognition. The cards have a sticker prompting the cardholder to call a toll-free card activation line for verification of receipt and approval to use the new cards.

Two-Factor Authentication

Our two-factor authentication solution allows your credit union to bring your internet-based products into compliance with Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) guidelines. Falcon® Fraud Predictor

Falcon® Fraud Predictor reinforces your protection from fraud by effectively limiting fraud occurrences and fraud-related expenses to your cardholders and your credit union. Falcon Fraud Predictor, which has been customized for Corporate One Federal Credit Union and PSCU Financial Services’ members, uses neural network technology to “learn” your individual cardholder behaviors. Falcon Fraud Predictor then incorporates that information with merchant profiles and is able to detect abnormal transactions at the point of sale. On average, credit unions using our customized Falcon Fraud Predictor experience far less fraud than other financial institutions, benefiting both the credit unions and their cardholders.

PSCU Financial Services is recognized as the industry leader in contact center services. With a toll-free number available in the United States and 11 foreign countries, members can communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking representatives and access a hearing-impaired TTD service. Tenured staff is well-trained and fully equipped with the newest technologies. As a result, studies show twice as many satisfied cardholders than the industry average. Plus, state-of-the-art contact centers in Florida, Arizona and Michigan are designed to operate continuously in case of a service disruption at any facility.

CURewards®

Our dynamic rewards programs will help make your credit union debit and credit cards top of wallet. Points for rewards are given for the use of the card, and rewards can be anything from trips to exotic destinations to high-end electronics and even gift certificates.
