Health and our well-being depend on nutrition. What we eat is what we are and how we feel. If your body is acidic, it is understandable your well-be-ing cannot be any different. If you are bloated (F/M) and without energy, it is recommendable to do something to clean the toxins from your body. Liver is very important organ, since it maintains numerous metabolic pro-cesses of life importance, such as the decomposition of carbon hydrates, proteins and fats, storing of vitamins and minerals, as well as decompo-sition of numerous harmful substances, such as alcohol, medication and many other chemicals, which we introduce to our bodies daily.

Even though the liver has a regenerative ability, an unhealthy lifestyle can lead to a consequence. Liver with the help of bile acids, decompose fats, which we introduced with food. If there are too many fats in our nutrition, we strongly burden the liver. Excess fat is loaded between the liver cells and disturbs the basic function of the liver – detoxification. Due to the fatty liver, an average person has their liver, functioning only with half the power. This fact has a great influence on everyday well-being and health.

The liver is one of the most import-ant organs since it purifies blood and excretes digestive fluid to imple-ment vital bodily functions. Because of irregular activity of liver many dis-eases in digestion and blood system can arise. We must deal with three detoxification phases to effectively cleanse our liver.

When we go from one phase to an-other, we keep all of the elements of the first phase of detoxification, which is simply added the ingredi-ents of the second and later on the third phase. The higher detoxifica-tion levels are the expanded ver-sions of the first one.

1.PHASE IS PREPARATION

If we wish to successfully eliminate toxins, we must first prepare our body. We must establish the good function of the stomach and digestive organs, for those to soak in the nutrients, we will introduce the best they can.

The foods we need to include in the first detoxification phase:

Unsweetened fresh lemonade, because it maintains the pH balance in the body and thus prevents body acidity.Fish, since it contains omega-3 fatty acids.Lamb, since it includes little fat, a lot of Zinc and it is the least allergenic type of meat.Wheat germ, since it contains a lot of Zinc, which is of key importance for enzyme reactions.Beans, since it is rich in minerals.Vegetable, because it includes a lot of antioxidants and encourages di-gestion.Anise tuber, since it accelerates the digestive function, stimulates the spleen function, secretion of urine and fats, prevents bloating and reduces the craving for sweet dishes.Fruit (pears, since they regulate blood sugar and lower cholesterol; ber-ries, since they neutralise free radicals and regulate blood sugar; pine-

2.PHASE IS CLEANING/EXCRETION OF TOXINS

In the second phase, the body is prepared for excretion of toxins, with the selection of the right food we renew the mucous tissue of the intestine and accelerate the transfer of food through the large intestine and clean the lymph system and blood.

We mostly select the following food:

Wholesome grains: rice, millet, quinoa, buckwheat and amaranth. Rice contains a lot of methionine and cysteine. Both amino acids protect the body from heavy metals and from the consequences of nicotine and al-cohol, take part in the decomposition of fats and enable the secretion of mucus from lungs. Millet and quinoa do not contain gluten and protect the intestine walls. Amaranth contains the essential amino acid lysine, which prevents fatigue and stimulates the renewal of the intestinal mucus.

3.PHASE IS CLEANSING LIVER AND KIDNEY

It is only in the third phase of detoxification, in which we clean the liver and kidney and thus excrete toxic substances from the body.

Food, which is recommended in this detoxification phase, is:

Menu

We prepared an example of a menu for easier meal planning. You can fol-low the menu or adapt it to your own preference. The most important part is to strictly follow the list of allowed and prohibited food.Enjoy!

For the most effective detoxification, we use Detox Mix and Liver Cleanse beverage throughout the entire detoxification programme.

LIVER CLEANSE Each evening before or after dinner mix 1 teaspoon of Liver Cleanse Mix with water or un-sweetened tea.
