Applications BRP-DFBC
Formulated for back and neck pain. It helps to reduce pain at the site of injury and reduces the transmission of the pain signal
causing a reduction in hyperalgesia.
BRP-GDLP
Formulated for back and neck pain with a focus on better neuropathic and inflammatory components. The Gabapentin will
help to better control recruitment of nerve fiber bundles for reduced pain sensory transmission. This formula could also be
beneficial in relieving carpal tunnel symptoms.
GPI-FBC1
Formulated for general pain and inflammation and is designed to offer a good choice for arthritis, tendonitis, muscle sprains, and
inflammatory injuries.
GPI-FLC
This formula provides more immediate relief from pain while still having an inflammatory component. The Lidocain is a rapid acting anesthetic that has a half life of around 2 hours which is when the
Flurbiprofen should be reaching full effect.
GPI – TMJ1
This formula provides relief with dual acting pain relief components while still having an inflammatory component.

Applications SCAR CARE: TOPICAL SCAR CARE
These ingredients are combined to alleviate the itching and inflammation associated with post surgical healing. We utilize scar care bases to help speed the healing process and minimize scarring as much as possible. If
there is nerve pain associated with the incision the “plus pain” option allows for pain signal reduction and a topical anesthetic to help reduce any
pain during the healing process.
WOUND CARE-UIM: POST-OP WOUND CARE
This formula is made using a special wound care base that is occlusive and water washable which is useful for cleansing and debridement. It is also
formulated without polyethylene glycol making it a good choice for patients that are elderly or have renal impairment. The ingredients we add are
designed to speed healing while providing some pain control and decreasing inflammation.
DERMA CD-1 PLUS: CONTACT DERMATITIS
This formula has synergistic ingredients that work to help mediate and stop the immune/inflammatory response associated with contact
dermatitis. The Lidocaine helps to anesthetize the area to further help control the itching.
DERMA AF-2: ANTI-FUNGAL CREAM
This antifungal formula provides pain and itching relief in addition to the antifungal medication. It also has a steroid and Pentoxifylline which will
help to reduce inflammation and speed the healing process.

immune response • Pentoxifylline – improves the rate of wound healing, by
increasing blood flow to the surrounding tissues. Also blocks TGF-beta 1 which decreases the formation of collagen
• Prilocaine – medium acting anesthetic • Triamcinolone – synthetic steroid used as an anti-

Metabolic Supplements What happens if the patients don’t take their bariatric vitamins as prescribed? Not routinely having your blood tested or ignoring the doctor’s supplementation guidelines can
lead to significant problems up to and including death1,2…
Actives Calcium deficiency – leads to osteoporosis. Iron deficiency – can cause anemia (when your body does not have enough red blood cells to carry oxygen
throughout the body), increased feelings of fatigue and hair loss. Folate (folic acid) deficiency – can also lead to anemia. Protein deficiency – protein is one of the most important components of your body as it makes up most of
your major organs. Not getting enough can lead to a myriad of problems, including muscle deterioration, organ failure, gallstones and even death.
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) deficiency – affects the heart, digestive system and nervous system. If not caught and treated quickly, learning and memory could be permanently affected. Ultimately, coma and death could be the result.
Vitamin A deficiency – can lead to night blindness and increases the risk of disease and death from severe infections. During pregnancy and after weight loss surgery, it increases the risk of night blindness and child mortality.
Vitamin B12 deficiency – can cause fatigue and tingling in the hands and can eventually lead to anemia and neurological disorders.
Vitamin D deficiency – can lead to liver and kidney disorders and bone softening diseases. Vitamin E deficiency – causes neurological problems, anemia and can cause wounds to heal more slowly. Vitamin K deficiency – increases the risk of osteoporosis and heart disease and can cause you to bruise
more easily. Zinc deficiency – will give you brittle nails and can lead to hair loss.

Applications Meta Duo-A
Meta-A1 is a combination of active, easily absorbable forms of Vitamin B-12, Vitamin B-6, and Folic acid. These are commonly used for treatment/prevention of anemias especially in the context of post-bariatric surgery when nutritional consumption and absorption is decreased. They are also effective for general energy boosting as a treatment for fatigue/lethargy. It is also an effective treatment for hyperhomocysteinemia and protecting against age-related macular degeneration.
Meta-A2 is a combination of antioxidants and free radical scavengers. It is formulated to promote healing and wellness. The ingredients work synergistically to protect organs and tissues from the effects of aging and radiation and function together to promote post surgical healing. Alpha lipoic acid has been used to treat the neuropathies associated with diabetes and works to protect the brain and liver from damage. N-acetylcysteine is used for a variety of organ protecting treatments specifically helping with liver toxicities and cystic fibrosis. Vitamin D3 is useful in this formulation as a building block in rebuilding tissue and bone.
Meta Duo-B
Meta-B1 uses resveratrol to protect a cell's DNA. It is a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants can help prevent cell damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are unstable atoms caused by pollution, sunlight and our bodies natural burning of fat that can lead to cancer, aging and brain degeneration. Piperine inhibits the glucoronidation of resveratrol to increase its bioavailability when taken orally.
Meta-B2 is a combination of antioxidants and vitamins. It is formulated to promote wellness and immune protection. The ingredients work synergistically to protect organs and tissues as well as providing energy and immune support. Hydroxocobalamin an alternative Vitamin B-12 analogue is also useful to treat anemias, chronic fatigue syndrome, and possibly immune system disorders. Alpha lipoic acid has been used to treat the neuropathies associated with diabetes and works to protect the brain and liver from damage. N-acetylcysteine is used for a variety of organ protecting treatments specifically helping with liver toxicities and cystic fibrosis. Vitamin D3 is useful in this formulation as an immune booster working well with the hydroxocobalamin.
