Hill View Quarry operation - Victoria.. Electrical upgrade to Crushing plant. Design, supply and installation of Primary Crushing circuit

electrical system. 415 volt 1000 amp primary crusher MCC with 22 associated motor starters, D.O.L,

Soft start, auto tranny and variable speed drive starting systems. All field wiring. Safety emergency

stop and lanyard switch system. Design, program and install PLC and HMI control system.

Project MCC Upgrade

CGT – Castlemaine Gold, MCC upgrade at the Process plant – Victoria

Design, supply and installation of MCC enclosures for control and power. The MCC needed an upgrade

to comply with AS3000 standards. Compliance Electrical removed all switchgear and re-installed in

new rated fault enclosures. The Mill Manager was pleased with the company efforts and sent this email

through.

I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent work Compliance Electrical did on our MCC upgrade. I can

tell you I was quite nervous about the potential impact all that work might have on our production –

not being able to start back up without major headaches. As it turned out I had no reason to worry,

because you guys did a fantastic job. Everything went back the right way and we saw ZERO production

impact. This was a major achievement in a brown-field operation like ours and I want you to pass on my

thanks to your Team. Not only did the technical side of the job go without a hitch, but the attitude of

the guys around safety, respect for our systems and procedures and flexibility to work in around us was

really appreciated.
