Dynapumps Culture
Integrity
The word "integrity" stems from the Latin adjective integer
meaning whole or complete. Dynapumps shares the view of
law professor Stephen L. Carter who sees integrity not only
as a refusal to engage in behaviour that evades
responsibility, but also understanding the different ways in
which discussion reveals the truth. Dynapumps is committed
to work with you to resolve any differences in an amicable
and agreeable manner.
Honesty
Dynapumps has a formal Ethics Policy to guide our people
in honest behaviour with our clients, suppliers and each
other. Management have an open door policy that fosters
truthfulness and openness with all parties and to ensure
that we honour this commitment.
Our honesty naturally extends to the materials we use, the
way we manufacture your goods and ensuring their
performance. You will always get the quality you expected.
Value for Money
Dynapumps does not produce so called “cheap” products
but will meet clients’ expectations of value for money.
Once we commit ourselves to your enquiry we ensure
your value by detailing our offer carefully in our
quotations, providing drawings and documentation for
your order that outlines what we are supplying and
enables our clients to verify those parameters.
There will be no surprises when you receive the finished
product as it will be delivered to you in the form that we
outlined and you approved.

paramount. We operate under a fully documented
Occupational Health and Safety System to protect our
staff when they are working on your projects. We also
ensure that our products are safe to use and follow all
Australian Standards and undertake HAZOP (Hazard and
Operability) and HFE (Human Factors/Ergonomics)
studies for our customers.
Environment
Dynapumps Environmental Policy is committed to
reducing our footprint by utilising the 5 R's; Rethink –
Reduce – Reuse – Repair – Recycle. We encourage our
staff to follow these principles and work towards
minimising re-work by implementing 3D drawing and
“lessons learnt” techniques.
We conduct annual audits to determine new ways to
improve our system.

Programmed Maintenance
Guaranteed Repairs
Our service department can arrange fixed
price, programmed service and maintenance
calls to ensure your equipment is kept in good
condition and ready for use.
We are able to monitor the condition of your
pumps and provide you with a report that notes
any problems that are evident or that might be
expected in the future.
Call us to arrange a free pump audit so you can
assess your pumping plant status.
When you send your pumps to Dynapumps for repair
we know you want them to be “just like new” so we repair
them to the original manufacturer's standards.
If we can’t repair them to “like new” condition we will let you
know what options you have and provide a full report on their
condition.
Dynapumps can provide a range of vacuum pumps for hire, to ensure
your whole plant does not need to shut down while we service your
equipment.
Dynapumps provides engineered skids and pump packages utilising the latest 3D technologies.
Our quality system ensures that we supply well designed systems that conform to your
specifications by ensuring checks and balances are undertaken by our qualified
engineers. We can also supply skids designed to meet wind and seismic
conditions, as well as providing finite element analysis (FEA), acoustic and
vibrational analysis of all our engineered solutions.
Our manufacturing facility is staffed with qualified welders and
fitters using the latest equipment. Welding is undertaken to
Australian and international standards and skids can be
supplied with non-destructive testing (NDT) of your choice.
Additionally we can stress relieve the skids, provide
certification of risk assessment by ABS, DNV or Lloyds
and load test the packages. Blasting and painting of
the packages is undertaken by approved 3rd party
suppliers according to Australian Standards.
We can performance test the pump sets to
Australian Standards on our in-house test facilities
and testing to international standards can also be
carried out by our principal suppliers.
Our Sydney manufacturing facility manufactures ®our complete range of FLO-MAX turbine and
sump pumps by outsourcing castings from
Australian foundries and machining pump
components in-house utilising quality CNC
controlled equipment. All pumps are
assembled and tested prior to delivery and

OIL & GAS
MINING
Australia has grown up with mining – from the first gold rushes of the 1850's, through the iron
ore and nickel booms of the 60's and 70's, to the current iron ore and gold booms of today.
Since our start in 1981 Dynapumps has serviced the mining industry in the Eastern
Goldfields, the Murchison and the Pilbara. Today we sell all over Australia as
well as to distant, offshore locations such as Africa, Mongolia, Noumea
and even to Europe and Mexico.
The products we supply to service this industry are listed below.

The first oil flow to have been
discovered anywhere in Australia
was at Rough Range Well No.1 in
1953. The biggest success of the
1960's was in the Gippsland Basin,
offshore from Victoria then in the 1970's the
massive gas/condensate discoveries off the
north west coast of Western Australia were
made. These included North Rankin, Goodwyn,
Petrel, Aquitaine and Gorgon. Dynapumps
involvement in the oil and gas market began in the
90's and we continue to design and manufacture
API pump skids and Fire Pump Skids for both
offshore and onshore plants. We provide solutions
to end users all over Australia incorporating our
range of products as detailed below.

WATER SUPPLY & WATER TREATMENT
As the driest inhabited continent on Earth, Australia presents many challenges for mining and
industrial operations, which are inherently large consumers of water. Often water
available to mining installations is highly saline, or alternatively, plants opt to use
sea water for their processes. To accommodate these arduous duties,
Dynapumps can provide pumps in many exotic materials which improve
both their corrosion and erosion resistance.
To meet consumer needs Water Authorities have turned to
desalination plants and water restrictions. Pump efficiencies are
also important in this industry to reduce high power
consumption and provide water at the lowest possible cost.®Dynapumps manufactures FLO-MAX Turbine and
Submersible Pumps in Australia for the water and
waste water industry along with other specialty
products and services

The discoveries of massive coal seam and
shale oil gas deposits in Australia have
created a huge opportunity to produce low
cost electricity utilising combined cycle gas
fired power stations. Dual fired power stations
operating on gas and diesel, require a large
variety of pumps, valves and control systems.
Dynapumps pressure and vacuum pumps are
installed in many large Power and Construction
projects.

The mining industry depends upon exploration to locate new mineral resources and
these discoveries are achieved using truck mounted drilling rigs. Because of the
often remote locations of these operations, pumps must be reliable and easy
to repair on site
Dynapumps has supplied high quality pumps to the Drilling and
Boring Industry for the last 30 years

Since 2009 Dynapumps has partnered with a world leading manufacturer to represent
their marine and land based loading arms.
Loading Arm installations are the modern answer to fluid loading
requirements where the operational reliability of the equipment has a
high impact on the cost and smooth operation of the installation.
The newly patented targeting system allows operators to safely
and reliably connect and disconnect marine loading arms
during side-by-side offshore loading of LNG between two
vessels.
