UNIVERSITY SHOWCASE We have gathered numerous campus departments and student organizations in one location for you to talk with a representative one-on-one to discover how they can assist you as a USF student or how your participation might enrich your learning experience.

SPECIAL INTEREST SESSIONS

THE ADMISSIONS PROCESSLearn more about the University of South Florida’s application process. We will discuss requirements, timelines, and how applications are reviewed.

FINANCIAL AID & SCHOLARSHIPS How to finance a college education is often one of the most important topics for students and families. This session will provide you with information about scholarship opportunities, how to apply for financial aid, and the best timeline to follow when applying for these awards.

THE FIRST YEAR EXPERIENCE FOR SCIENCE MAJORSThinking of majoring in the sciences? Join the College of Arts & Sciences First-Year Science Academic Coaches to learn about the unique student experience for those who choose to pursue a degree in biology, chemistry, geosciences, math, physics, etc. This session will help you determine what you should be doing now to ensure and easier transition into a science track at the university level. We will also tackle com-mon misconceptions and provide insight to what students can really expect during their first year!

THE HOUSING & RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE Join us to learn more about the how the residential experience at USF contributes to student success. We’ll discuss Living Learning Communities, Academic Initiatives, the application process, and what the advantages are to each style of housing.

NORTH RESIDENTIAL AREA TOUR Learn more about living on campus and tour three types of residential communities available to students. This walking tour will last approximately one hour and will be given by current USF students; the last tour will depart at 2:00 PM.
