AQURET MN -Manual Color Dispenser Machine is designed and manufactured based on

internationally accepted technology.

The Manual Color Dispenser machine is built in compact and rounded design.

The scale with ‘Red’ top is known as Small scale.

The small scale is graduated from 1 to 8 ml. one ml is divided into 10 divisions. So one

graduation is 1/10th

of an ml i. e 0.1ml. The scale starts with 0.1ml, which is the minimum

dispense of the machine.

The scale with ‘Black’ top is known as Big Scale.

The big scale starts from 8 ml & goes up to 60 ml. Each graduation of this scale is equal to 1 ml.

GUIDELINES FOR INSTALLATION

OPERATION

Receive AQURET

Unpack the

PUT ONE ELECTRICAL SOURCE HAVING 220V AC, 50HZ

SUPPLY, WITH PROPER EARTHING & SURGE

PROTECTON NEAR THE MACHINE . PLEASE KEEP IN MIND

THAT DAILY OPERATION THROUGH THIS SOURCE WILL BE

EASY.

Start fitting each CANNISTER ASSEMBLY ( stirring motors are

factory mounted CENTRALLY ) one by one on Round Plate.

Couple the stirrer (at the center of Canister) with STAR

PLATE

Screws are supplied with the machine. Don’t use any other

screw .Make sure all canisters are properly tightened. STAR

PLATE COVER MUST BE IN PLACE, BEFORE STARTING

base, fit all four Nylon Leg , Ensure

perfect machine level by adjusting the

legs.

1. Pour colorants in the canister (Please ensure that canister is WIPED & CLEANED before

filling).

2. Switch ON the main power supply.

3. Switch ON the MCB of the machine.

4. Set the timer.

5. Keep all the scales at home ( initial) position

6. Keep the lever in lock position.

7. Set the time for Stirring through Timer, then Switch ON the ROCKER switch ,

Stirring will start.

8. Stirring continues inside the canisters.

9. The Timer becomes OFF after setting time( Stirring will stop)

10. Switch OFF the ROCKER switch.

11. Push the Red Bracket to raise the scale with red top and fix it at certain position by

releasing the Red Bracket to lock the scale.

12. Pull up and push down the piston lever (without opening the valve ). Repeat the

process 5 to 8 times to remove entrapped air inside the Small Pump..

13. Start and continue stirring.

14. Do the same procedure for Big pump also .

15. Now dispense the colorants 3-4 times in the empty cans with pulling the valve lever

for testing and removing air if any.

Note: This process is a must to do before starting dispensing.

1. Push the required Push Button ( in case of red scale push red & in case of black scale

push Black ) and lift the scale up to desired reading , then release the button. Scale

will get fixed in that specific position.

Lock the table after positioning the desired Canister.

1 Set the scale at required position

2 Check whether the scale is locked or not.

3 Lift the Red Lever (located at the top of the pump) until it hits the red/black stopper of

the scale.

4 Open the spring-loaded valve in anti clockwise direction, hold it, press the red lever

smoothly (which is already lifted) until it hits the bottom base. Please ensure that before

pushing the Red lever container is placed right at the bottom of the valve .

5 To take another dispensing from other canister , rotate the table (by unlocking) put the

canister in proper position, then act as above ( from step 1 to 4) .

6. Do stirring on every six hours for 10-15 minutes or as directed by colorant

manufacturer.

7. Clean the nozzle every day before starting dispensing
