INVENTORY

MAC specializes in the acquisition and disposition of excess OEM inventories. MAC conducts a

thorough evaluation of the inventory and effectively markets any valuable components. MAC has

successfully dispositioned OEM consignment inventories resulting in win-win scenarios for both the

OEM and MAC’s customers. Since its inception, MAC has built and continues to add to an extensive

inventory of spare parts and components. Through its established OEM relationships and various

strategic purchases, MAC has acquired a valuable inventory that allows it to supply parts on a just-in-

time basis including obsolete components in order to meet critical needs.
