broadcasted while airing the

programme „Biar Aku Jadi Penunggu‟ at TV3 television

Channel and Radio stations.

The Complaints Bureau reached the

conclusion that the brand name sits within the official interpretation on

the word „kocok‟. No secondary

meaning should be attributed to the brand name „kocok‟. The complaint

is hereby dismissed.
