Our goal was to maintain the buy-ability of the products and technology for our customers and also offer greater choices and compensation for our Associates and Leaders.

PRODUCT PRICE CHANGES

X There is a $5 price increase on all VoxxLife Socks and Insoles starting Jan 1, 2017.

• We tested this price increase and saw ZERO impact on the value proposition of VoxxLife products or any decrease in the buyabiity or affordability of the products.

• In short, our data shows this increase will not negatively effect our customers ability to afford our products or our field’s ability to sell.

KEY POINTS

• In the example above you can see that the discount to the Associate is the SAME $ Amount in the Old and New plan. This means that Associates make the SAME AMOUNT OF PROFIT when selling the product retail.

• We have a MASSIVE 266% increase in the commission being paid to the 1st Level. This Increase from 7% to 20% increases the commission on this product from $1.23 to $4.50 per pair on the 1st level.

• Just imagine your revenue when you will make a minimum of $4.50 per pair of socks sold on your 1st level!! We made this change to better reward the Associates that are investing the time to introduce the VoxxLife products to new customers and associates and growing and training their teams to effectively sell products.

• Levels 2 to 8 ALSO PAY MORE ACTUAL $$ in Commission with the New Pricing and Compensation Plan.

Personal Performance (PP) – This is the wholesale value of sales you personally generate per month through sales to customers with single transactions or in our personal inventory. This value is a 2 month rolling average.

Team Sales (TS) – This is the wholesale value of monthly sales generated by your downline associ-ates and their sponsored associates up to 8 levels deep and infinitely wide in your downline. It is not inclusive of your own PP.

Leader Bonus (LB) – The Leader Bonus for every Qualified Position is a Share of the pool of all unpaid commissions. All unpaid commissions are calculated on total potential commissions payable at maximum payouts on total Voxxlife commission-able revenue less actual commissions paid. Leader-ship Bonus is awarded to Members that achieve the required Rank, Sales Performance and demonstrate all of the attributes of a VoxxLife leader. These attributes include leadership, training, and support of their downline organizations.

*FOUNDING ASSOCIATE – As a Founding Associate (first 250 Associates in Canada and 2,500 Associates in the USA), you automatically qualify for commis-sion from all 8 levels of your downline at the maxi-mum level (1st level 20% plus 2nd–8th levels of 2.5% each) based upon you averaging $100 PP.

To qualify for Leadership Bonus, you are still required to make the qualification requirement of the particular leadership rank.
