Our Reporting Journey
• A cautious approach means we’ve taken small steps to
reach good reporting for the vast majority of emissions since
the sustainability reporting began in 2008.
– 2014 data represents 95% of Group revenue
• This has led to some complexity in disclosing data with a
changing scope and boundary.
17
Why Our Impacts?
• CDP Reports
• Audit Ready Output with PwC assurance
• Flexible data entry
– Ability to prompt external
contacts for data
– Using costs or floor area
where primary data not
available
– The power of the internet
and hiding complexity
from the user

– Engagement was iterative
– Agreed a format and process upfront
– Format for migration of historical data etc

– Explaining difference in emissions between old and new systems
Effective Data Collection - Implementation
• Training and guidance documentation– Our Impacts designed to be easy to use so we’re able to keep training
