ObjectiveObjective To compare the overall performance of HPLC (Bio-rad

VNBS)to capillary electrophoresis (Sebia )in the identification of Hb Bart’s , S, C, D, E, G and A2 from newborn dried blood spotsnewborn dried blood spots.
