Comparison of UCP’s mission statement with

Best - Dell“Dell’s mission is to be the most successful computer company in the world at delivering

the best in the world at delivering the best customer experience.”

Dell aims to create loyal customers by providing superior experience to customer at a great value. On the contrary UCP is more inspiring and it indicates that their customers are the “youth of their nation”. Dell’s statement speaks that they are committed to direct relationships, providing best products with standard based technology outperforming the competition with value and a superior customer experience. On the other hand UCP’s statement talks to deliver quality services by providing learning culture and technological tools.

Worse – Chick-Fil-A“Be America’s Best Quick-Service Restaurant.”

The mission statement of the Chick-fil-A restaurants is extremely short and vague. It does not describe how their objectives are going to be fulfilled. Comparing it with UCP’s mission statement it is broad in scope and largely explains how their objectives are going to be met. Chick-fil-A’s statement only reveals an identity that their customers are Americans. UCP’s statement notifies the usefulness of their service through learning practice.
