The walls used to build our houses offer effective breathability, thus ensuring an optimal micro-climate for a healthier living. Logs used in our constructions are exclusively processed with evaporation-free, non-toxic substances. All materials used to complete the structure and insulation of our houses, or for their internal finishing, are processed with non-toxic agents: natural wood fiber, mineral wool, hemp fiber. Through our buildings, we make your dreams come true. Our team of designers will take care of all technical details and much more. Our houses must also be beautiful to look at indeed! We firmly believe that bio-architecture can be effectively combined with the best design and creativity. By studying the right positioning of your house, optimizing the best position of each room, measuring the natural ventilation and providing high-end consulting services, we have the capacity of implementing and delivering great projects.
WHEN EFFICIENCY MEETS STYLE.
The inner structure of our walls, with an overall thickness varying from around 25 to 30cm, features a triple package of layers, each one having a specific function. On the exterior, there is an insulation coat in wooden wool or EPS, on which the finishing plaster is laid by hand, with an interspersed wire mesh support. Externally, our houses look exactly like traditional homes, with the option of applying an additional coating to customize the architectural style.
Here you can choose between various technical solutions and materials (wood, aluminum, Pvc, etc.) with double or triple glass, all ensuring extremely low thermal transmittance values (up to 0.9 W/MqK). All these solutions allow for consistent saving in terms of energy consumption due to heating of the house. A team of specialists will recommend the best solutions for your needs, including the possibility of installing integrated anti-intrusion security systems.

Our objective is to make sustainability effective by building a so-called PASSIVE HOUSE:We are talking about an eco-friendly construction, free from the “constraints” of being dependant on non-renewable energy sources.Solar collectors, photovoltaic panels, geothermal energy, controlled mechanical ventilation, highly-insulated walls and floors, triple-glazed windows featuring double chambers are some of the solutions we use to build smart houses.
