I. A. Campbell and Associates, Incorporated (IACAI) is a Project, Construction, and Development Management Firm

established in 1996 by outstanding professional Australian, Filipino, and American Engineers, Architects, Designers, andCost Planners.

These individual talents from diverse cultures are molded into a cohesive ensemble that wins rave reviews. IACA

Institutional Projects

Ninoy Aquino Airport International Passenger - Terminal 3

Situated in a 65-hectare expansion site of the existing airport compound. This international passenger terminal was

designed to handle at least 13 million passengers per annum which consists of a main terminal building, north and south

concourses (the center of each boasts a large two-storey skylight shopping atrium), aircraft aprons and airport offices.

The project includes 4-levels for arrival and departure halls, 1-level basement area for services, and a 5-level structured

parking garage for 3,000 cars. It features twenty (28) aircraft gates, 138 check-in counters, nine baggage carousels, and

an impressive contingent of immigration counters with a total of 120.

IACAI provided Quality Assurance Monitoring during the 14-month Pre-Award Phase and subsequent 36-month

Construction Period.

DHL Worldwide Aviation - Manila Hub

Adjacent the countrys longest building at the NAIA Airport, DHL Worldwide Aviation Manila Hub is their main Hangar and

Sorting Facility for the Southeast Asian region. The facility comprises of office use and parcel-sorting facility for off-loading as

many as five aircraft simultaneously. It features a steel frame structural system added to an existing World War II era hangar

and a facade cladding of metal panels. Amenities include spare parts warehouse, 100% generator back-up, canteen and

kitchen, flight dispatch office and IT / Data communications room.

IACAI provided Due Diligence Studies, Architectural and Engineering design Services, Project Management for the fast tracked

5-month contract period and a 12-months of defects and liability period.

The Medical City

As one of the countrys longest operating health care institutions, the Medical City has developed their new home along

Ortigas Avenue in the Pasig district of Metro Manila. The new facility is comprised of tertiary medical facilities for 500 beds for

in-patient care. The 14-story initial phase of the hospital can be expanded to accommodate a further 250 beds in the future as

all services have been designed for this ultimate capacity. The complex also features a 20-story Medical Arts Tower housing

200 doctors clinics. Amenities include dining facilities, 100% generator back-up, courtyard gardens, emergency helipad, IT/

communications facilities.

IACAI provided Project Management and Construction Management for the 12-month design period and current 28-month

construction period.

The Mind Museum

The project consists of a 6,110 square meter museum building which includes exhibit halls, educational centers, retail, outside

parking to be developed on a site area of about 12,500 square meters.

Commercial Projects

Sheraton Hotel Mongolia

This 5-star hotel development project is located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on a site area of approximately 30,250 sq.m. To be

known as the Sheraton Hotel Mongolia, this project will have 16 levels and 300 keys with a gross floor area of about 49,000

sq.m.

IACAI provides Project Management services for the 10 month design and 36 month construction periods.

City Marriott Hotel

The Cebu City Marriott Hotel is undergoing a renovation plan to keep up with Cebu City's rising economy and lifestyle. It is

poised to modernize its looks and system to keep its no. 1 stature as Cebu City's Hotel of Choice and be known as Cebu City's

LIFESTYLE HOTEL. The renovation works consist of the 301 guest rooms and public areas with an aggregate floor area of

about 14, 000 sq.m. spread on a 12-storey floor levels.

IACAI provides Project Management services for the 12-month design and renovation periods.

PBCOM Tower

Dominating the Philippine skyline as the countrys tallest building is the 52-story Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom)

Tower. Located in

Makati City, Manilas premier business district, PBCom Tower comprises banking and office space use. It features a composite

slab structural system and a unitized curtain wall system facade cladding of granite, glass, and aluminum panels and frames

for finishes. Amenities include, a Health Club, Food Court dining facilities, membership Executive Lounge, and a rooftop

electronic / telecommunications tower.

IACAI provided Project Management and Construction Monitoring for the 39-month construction period and a 12 months of

defects and liability period.

LKG Tower

With a striking diagonal silhouette along the skyline of the central business district of Makati, the LKG Tower has 42 floors for

offices and banking facilities with the tallest atrium in the country acting as the main lobby. The facade is made of unitized

curtain wall system with lowreflective glazed panels set in aluminum frames. Amenities include a Health Club and Food Court

dining facilities.

IACAI provided Construction Advisory services for the 34-month construction period and 3 months of contract close out.

Globe Telecom Headquarters

The GLOBE TELECOM HEADQUARTERS (GTHQ) building is located at Seventh Avenue corner 32nd Street on a site area of 3,094

square meters property within the city center of Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. The project, which will house Globe's several

office branches all over Metro Manila will have 27 floors and six (6) basement parking and four (4) podium parking floors.

IACAI provides Project Management for the Schematic Design Stage until Construction Phase for a total period of 37 months.

Metrobank Card Corporation

Metrobank, in association with Australian New Zealand Bank, relocated their credit card operation units from their offices in

GT Tower and AXA to a fully refurbished 13-storey office, with 1 basement to include an expanded services of business

process outsourcing and call center provider.

IACAI provided Project and Construction Management services during the fast tracked 60-day planning and 5 months

construction period.

Philippines - Australia Governance Facility (PAGF)

Relocated to the 17th Floor of Equitable Bank Tower along Paseo de Roxas, in the central business district of Makati, the

offices of PAGF now make their new home. This quasi-government organization required a relocation from their prior facility

and a reconfiguration of strategy in planning for their new facilities to include expansion capacity for 10 additional staff.

IACAI provided Project and Construction Management and Cost Estimating services during the fast-tracked 60-day planning

and 90-day construction periods.

AMRO Offices Relocation

Relocated to the 18th and 19th floors of the LKG Tower along Ayala Avenue in the business district of Makati, the offices of

ABN AMRO now makes their new home for Investment Banking Facilities.

The strategic planning of ABN AMRO Philippine operations required a revised strategy of planning for their facilities.

IACAI provided Project and Construction Management and Cost Estimating services during the extremely ambitious 30-day

planning and 60-day construction periods.

PBCom Tower Food Court

Located at the seventh floor of the tallest High-Rise Office Building in the Philippines, at the center of the countrys financial

district Makati, PBCom Tower Food Court caters to the various culinary needs of the

towers nearly 5,000 occupants. The series of restaurant outlets are designed to include adjacent Dining Room facilities both

within the tower and also an Outdoor Dining Area at the adjoining Roof Garden. Kitchen support facilities are conveniently

central to all individual outlets.

months construction period.

Sun Life Financial Asia-Pacific Headquarters

Located at the crossing of two of the most important roads in the countrys financial district Makati, Sun Life Financial makes

their home on Floors 10th to 16th of the Enterprise Center, Tower 2. These offices house the Asia-Pacific Headquarters for

offices of the Canadian Insurance brokerage and mutual fund firm. Design features include well-furnished work stations,

training facilities, boardroom, conference / meeting rooms, staff dining facilities, kitchen, and computer IT /data

communication rooms.

Ayala Corporation Boardroom

Located at the 35th floor penthouse within Ayala Tower One, the Ayala Corporation Boardroom completes the executive

offices of one of the countrys blue-chip, listed companies. Above the second tallest atrium in the country as the main

entrance to these facilities, this sophisticated conferencing facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art audio system, fully

integrated with computers and wide screen video display.

MAKRO Philippines Headquarters and Store 4

Located along the South Superhighway at the Sucat Avenue exit, in the city of Paraaque, the MAKRO Store #4 and

Headquarters for the Philippine arm of the international membership retail chain maintains offices adjacent to their shopping

facility. The store has a large, warehouse-style, open shopping area under one roof, containing one of the largest commercial

outlets in the Philippines. Other features include dining facilities, branch banks, and offices.

SM City Marilao

Located along the MacArthur Highway in the Municipality of Marilao, Bulacan, this new addition to the Shoemart retail

shopping chain will open in 2004. These 2 story shopping facilities will become the regional anchor for the Municipality of

Marilao, typical of the philosophy of the largest commercial retailer in the Philippines. Features include restaurants and food

court dining facilities, branch banks, cinemas, and parking for 1,200 motor vehicles.

Industrial Projects

Orient Semiconductor Electronics Plant

Located at the suburban community of Calamba, at Laguna Techno- Park Industrial Estate, this 4-story semiconductor

manufacturing plant with enameled steel cladding panels and metal curtain wall extending over 150 meters in length. The

plant is sited on a 40,000 square meter lot and contains a floor area of over 50,000 square meters. It features a composite slab

structural system with heavy floor loading for industrial applications of each of its four independent semiconductor factories.

Amenities include staff dining facilities, Executive Lounge, and full back-up power generator plant in a adjoining building.

IACAI provided Project Management and Construction Monitoring for the 28-month construction period and a 12 months of

defects and liability period.

Industrial Galvanizers Philippines Pole Factory

Located in Trece Martires, Cavite, this compound of four single story pole manufacturing and galvanizing plant buildings are

sited on 8 hectares property. The longest buildings extends 140 meters in length. The structure is a specially treated steel

frame system with fiberglass resin panels at all corrosive areas. Amenities include main office spaces, staff dining, and full

back-up generation.

IACAI provided Design services for the 4-month design period and Advisory services during the 6-month construction period.

The Capital Towers

Conveniently located in one of Quezon Citys business districts, The Capital Towers offers a carefully master planned

residential community with commercial outlets to enjoy the comforts of urban living. The project consists of three towers of

18-storeys each with seven levels of podium amenities.

Having a spectacular view of Manila Bays famous sunsets, the Bay Gardens Condominium is located along Roxas Boulevard in

the Metropolitan Park area of Pasay City. The complex has three Towers of 18 floors each and a total of 360 condominium

units. The facade contains open balconies that allow unit owners to take advantage of the frequent breezes coming from the

waters edge nearby. Amenities include a Fitness Center, Social Hall, Badminton Court, both indoor and outdoor swimming

pools, and parking for 500 motor vehicles.

Baguio Vacation House

Along a sloping site near South Drive in Baguio City, the Baguio Vacation House is a multi-level design as a modern adaptation

of the indigenous architecture found in the Cordillera region of the Philippines. Through the roof line form linked pavilions,

and facade are characteristics of local style with extensive use of natural materials and openness. Other amenities include

outdoor viewing terraces, wood burning fireplaces, and a gymnasium.
