exist ,corrective action plans are put into effect for improvement in a specified time

WRAP CERTIFIED ) AND WE CONSTANTLY MONITOR THEIR AUDIT
RESCHEDULES . AS A POLICY WE DO NOT WORK WITH NON

experience in their respective fields. We will arrange visits/ appointments with such vendors
as per your requirements so that you can have a better look at the products available in the
market.
The following activities are undertaken
All vendors will be asked to submit an information sheet regarding the items selected or
offered. The objective is to have complete knowledge about the item regarding its material,
finishing, size, packing and volume. This information is critical in ensuring that optimal
quantity is ordered.
MERCHANDISE INFORMATION SHEET
VENDOR PROFILE AND INFORMATION
A complete profile of the vendor will be studied and presented with information
like the production capacity , employment , finishing facilities , etc. to help the
buyer know his supplier and order accordingly. We will ensure that proper
safeguards are in place to ensure that we will not be working with any vendor who
has child labour employed.
PRODUCT IMPORT SHEET
This sheet will be made in accordance with the various expenses that will incur while
importing an item thus providing the approximate landed cost of the merchandise.
ANALYSING AND COMMENTS
An important factor that Buyers need to keep in mind before placing any order is the price ,
quality and other related queries. First, we will analyze the cost from the vendor and inform
the buyer about its feasibility. Since we are aware of the market we will also inform you of
other similar items you could buy. The design constraints will be studied carefully and we will
let you know whether a product can be made more economical  by using different material
or could be of lighter weight keeping in mind its quality and sale ability.
SAMPLING OF NEW PRODUCTS AND THEIR CONSOLIDATION FOR
DESPATCH
The new samples will be developed much faster by handing your requirements to the correct
supplier who specializes in that particular product. A complete follow through will be made to
ensure that the development takes place in time. All such developments will be consolidated
and sent to you in your desired time period.
MONITORING OF ORDERS AND SHIPMENT SCHEDULES QUALITY
CONTROL AND DELIVERY
Our main objective is to provide you with the best quality, good packaging and timely
delivery of your merchandise .Following activities are undertaken
APPROVAL OF THE SAMPLES OF THE ORDERED ITEMS
A sample each of all the items will be collected from the vendor and will be sent to you for
approval. This will include finalization of the finish, shape, size, packing, etc. Once a final
approval is given, the vendor will be provided with instructions regarding changes (if any) in
the item ordered.
CONSOLIDATION AND SHIPMENT SCHEDULES
Volume of shipment of each vendor will be calculated and a consolidation of the shipments
will be fixed so as to put them in the minimum containers possible.
ADOPTING UNIVERSAL PACKAGING AND LABELLING
We will adopt and give instructions to all vendors to use same method of packaging and
labeling in order to give a harmonious code to your merchandise. The boxes, cartons ,labels
will be similar in look and quality  to ensure uniformity to all the  shipments.
INSPECTIONS
Regular inspections will be made at the production site so that defects in production can be
caught early thereby avoiding any future problems like delay of shipment. Regular reports will
be sent to you along with photos taken at site during inspections..
FINAL INSPECTION
A final inspection will be made of the complete shipment regarding quality, size, packing,
inner boxes, master carton etc. The buyer will be notified of the approval in form of the Final
Inspection Sheet which will have all details.
DISPATCH
Suitable arrangements will be made with the shipping agencies for dispatch of the
merchandise to avoid any delays at the port of loading.
MARKET SURVEYS, NEW TRENDS AND REGULAR
COMMUNICATION It is very important to have a constant feedback from the market about the newest
trends available in the market. We are constantly doing exhaustive research which
enables us to identify items which are best sellers in the international market. Regular
communication via the internet and other networks will ensure that you can avail our
services any time of the year. Following are few steps we incorporate in our SOP to
ensure best services to our customers .
