Play With Us Ltd was formed in 2010 by Adam Yaffe.

Play With Us design, manufactures and distributes children's toys – Made in the UK; and with over 8 years of experience working in the toy industry, we are experts in providing our customers with an all round service including innovative design and quality of product, at a competitive price.

The company is based in Manchester City Centre. With showroom / warehouse in Rochdale

• Play With Us Ltd have acquired the patents, trademarks, IP and designs rights from the administrators of Martin Yaffe International.

• Born to play was the key toy brand used by Martin Yaffe since 1987, appearing on all packaging and TV adverts.

• We are excited at the prospect of utilising the logo and heritage; and maintaining the brand behind the brands.

UK Made Plastics

PWU LTD has been granted the Exclusive BBC license for Zingzillas Wheeled for UK and EIRE.

Mattel granted Play With Us, the Fisher Price Rocker license for UK and EIRE.

Far East & UK Factories

• PWU will be working with ICTI accredited factories to develop our toy ranges.

• Working on an exclusive partnership with a Chinese wheeled toy factory and UK injection and rota moulding factory.

Marketing & Sales

• PWU will be directly targeting all UK/EIRE retailers with the range on offer.

• We will offer stock direct from the factories FOB and from a UK warehouse.

• We will be working with our retailers to promote the lines in store, online and in catalogues.

Representation

• PWU represent Overseas Partners keen to grow there business in the UK and Ireland.

• Our partners cover most major areas within the toy/nursery industry, from bubbles to furniture

• We are actively negotiating licenses for our partners here in the UK.

• Founded in 1969, Imperial Toy LLC is the worldwide leader in the sale and manufacture of Bubbles and Novelty Toys

• They specialise in pocket money, arts & crafts and bubbles.

• Imperials top licenses include Hello Kitty, Thomas, Little Tikes and Transformers.

• Delta Children’s Products is a private corporation founded by the Shamie family since 1968.

• Our headquarters is located in Manhattan with showrooms and offices in New York, Las Vegas, Bentonville, Appleton, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Hong Kong, Ho-Chi Minh, and Shanghai.

• Delta ranges include infant & toddler furniture, baby gear & storage

• Growth has come through relationships with our Licensing Partners, including Disney, Nickelodeon, Fisher Price and Sesame Street.
