INNOVATION Simonetta has always been able to anticipate kids

fashion trends through a continuous search for materials, lines and wearability. Innovation and a firm focus on the future are deeply rooted in its

heritage, a traditional history of style and elegance.

Italian design creativity is internally developped from project to prototype until the industrial

production of the collection.

Distribution The company is in the «high» segment market due to a selected and reliable

distribution network. The rich portfolio of licensed brands creates strong production and sales synergies.

OUR COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

Flexibility Simonetta has a flexible production structure dealing with qualified and certified suppliers

completing its production cycle. It has a strict quality control of raw materials , inspects all

stages of product process and checks the final product to ensure the highest standard of quality

on all its collections. While Simonetta developped its own brand, it also has been working for 20 years with luxury fashion

CORPORATE STRATEGY

1956 The Tailor’s

shop Simonetta was founded by Maria Bianca Mazzarini Stronati,who decided to open a small tailorshop entirely devoted to kids in Jesi (Italy).

1981 The company Simonetta collections are immediately renowned for the use of quality fabrics, a great attention to details in little dresses , the innovative design, perfect fit and comfort. Thanks to success in sales, the small tailor shop evolves and becomes a company, Simonetta S.p.a.

THE

NINETIES THE GROWTH Simonetta brand expands into foreign markets and becomes an international benchmark for style and elegance in luxury fashion for kids.

2000 THE LICENSING

The company starts a partnership with the most famous adult fashion houses. Simonetta signs licensing agreements with Roberto Cavalli and Tod’s.

2010 Simonetta announces a deal with LVMH group and signs a licensing agreement with Fendi for Fendi kids. In 2016 the partnership evolved in a product development agreement.

2016 Simonetta continues to expand internationally with new licensing agreements. The historical French Maison Lanvin Paris chooses Simonetta to develop Lanvin enfant brand. Simonetta also joins force with the exclusive English car brand, Aston Martin.

2017 Simonetta and Lvmh strengthen their partnership. The historical Italian label, Emilio Pucci will be included in Simonetta licensing porfolio with a collection for girls ranging from newborn to 14 years old.

2018 Simonetta launches at Pitti Bimbo Vespa Kidswear as a result of new license with Piaggio group. Simonetta inks a licensing deal with French Maison Balmain Paris for the production and distribution of Balmain kids collection.

managerial resources combine with a network of international relationships with suppliers and

high fashion maisons.

Zegna Baruffa. New suggestions evoke a modern and contemporary lifestyle.

brand, multi-brand and Department stores in Italy and

worldwide.

Customer relationships are managed both through a show-room in Milan and

through a selected network of agents and distributors.

Retail channel is ensured by four Flagship
