Joachim Goldbeck, Bjoern Lamprecht, Tobias Schuessler

Joachim Goldbeck is the founder and main shareholder of the Goldbeck Solar GmbH since 2001. With over 20 years of experi-ence in the photovoltaic industry, Joachim Goldbeck has registered numerous patents and contributed to various industry related

committees. He has been President of the German Solar Association (BSW) since 2014 and runs Goldbeck Solar with Bjoern Lamprecht and Tobias Schuessler.

Bjoern Lamprecht contributes to Goldbeck Solar with over 25 years of professional ex-perience and a multidisciplinary approach including: operational responsibility of mis-cellaneous units, development of strategic roadmaps, management of restructuring

programs, realization of growth strategies as well as various M&A projects. Furthermore Mr. Lamprecht has deep insight in market entries and the optimization of business process-es. Since 2012 he is in charge as Chief Operating Officer at Goldbeck Solar GmbH, Germany.

Tobias Schuessler has developed an im-pressive career in Goldbeck Solar. He start-ed as a Project Manager 10 years ago and through the combination of his interested and awake ned personality as well as his professional competence as an electrical

engineer, successfully managed his way through all opera-tional areas of the company, specializing in electrotechnical requirements, norms and standards for the construction of solar power plants. Since 2017 he was appointed chief oper-ating officer of Goldbeck Solar. This strong team define the future of Goldbeck Solar, leading it into a new era of solar energy
