Innovation and the spirit of enterprise - the latter intended as the capacity to identify and seize new business opportunities - represent the key proficiencies for the future development of companies and for boosting entire economies.Valsir believes in the strength of innovation and for this reason every year invests approximately 1.7% of its turnover in Research and Development.
The result of its efforts in this field can be seen in the eleven different product lines with over six thousand articles and over twenty European patents, developed by a team of specialised engineers and technicians that avail of well-equipped laboratories for the preparation of prototypes and testing of new products that are subject to stress tests that go far beyond the requirements of the most severe international standards. A technological development that also entails a deep knowledge of the production process and plants; from the capacity therefore to design them and often to construct them. In Valsir, plant parts and molds are designed and constructed thanks to the internal experience of staff that allow all the phases of the innovation process to tracked, also thanks to the extensive use of the most modern technologies available on the market. All this, however, is not enough for us.Because in Valsir you never finish learning.

The evolution of push-fit waste and drainage systemsTriplus® is a soundproofed push-fit system composed of triple layer high performance pipes, fittings and accessories that guarantee the levels of silence in waste systems required by the regulations, laws and standards in force.
Polypropylene push-fit waste system Valsir PP3® is used for waste and rainwater drainage systems and is characterised by pipes composed of three polypropylene based layers: the external grey layer guarantees mechanical protection, the black inner layer provides excellent mechanical resistance at low temperatures, the internal white layer provides an extremely smooth surface thus facilitating video inspection operations and guarantees resistance to chemical agents.
Excellence in soundproofed waste systems Silere® is a push-fit system composed of pipes, fittings and accessories, industrialized, produced and patented by Valsir, that is capable of guaranteeing the lowest levels of noise on the market today. The pipes and fittings are produced with a mix of polypropylene and mineral fillers that guarantees high mechanical resistance, excellent acoustic performance and high resistance to agents.

To complement the waste product lines, Valsir supplies a wide range of innovative and patented solutions to suit all requirements and installation types. Such as the shallow syphon T-58 with a height of just 58 mm making it the ideal solution in installations with a reduced depth and limited height, guaranteeing maximum drainage efficiency and thanks to the double hydraulic seal it provides the capacity of sealing off odours far greater than standard requirements. The Valsir range of traps and syphons also includes a range of grids and covers with an attractive and innovative design.

One single solution in the event of rainRainplus® represents the most modern technology in the constructions sector and in the drainage of rainfall from the roofs of medium and large size buildings. The system makes use of the building height as the driving force, which together with the effectofnegativepressure,allowshighspeedflowratestobereached thus maximising drainage efficiency. Rainplus®allowstheentireflowofwatertobedirectedtoanypart of the building whatsoever, thus enabling the most modern rainwater harvesting systems to be installed as required by the Green Buildings Program.The Rainplus® syphonic drainage system is made up of special outlets that are patented, designed and tested to American Standard ASME A112.6.9 and European Standard EN 1253 and connected to HDPE® high density polyethylene pipes. This product is extremely light weight and easy to work with and can be supplied with and without an oxygen barrier.
Full bore fittings in techno polymer Pexal Easy® is an advanced system of fittings in techno polymer (PPSU) for water supply in heating, cooling and refrigerating systems. It is used with the Pexal pipes and guarantees an increase of 30% in bore passage as compared with normal compression or press fittings. The widest range for the distribution of combustible gas Pexal Gas® is the result of the vast experience of Valsir in the production of multilayer systems for the conveyance of combustible gas in domestic applications. Reliability of the system is guaranteed by the numerous international certifications obtained over the years. The system itself is composed of a multilayer pipe in crosslinked polyethylene and butt-welded aluminium, used with press fittings with a brass alloy body and stainless steel sleeve. Valsir supplies the widest range of diameters available, both in straight lengths and in coils that are pre-fitted with a protective corrugated covering that is flame retardant and UV resistant.

When detail makes the difference The Valsir Design range of push plates is part of a project destined for the showroom, which includes over 240 different version made of innovative and refined materials, offering numerous finishes and sizes, which allow the bathroom to be personalised with finesse. All the Valsir Design plates incorporate buttons produced with different finishes and characterised by a soft touch in activation, silence and a precision operation.

The solution against foul odoursThe innovative system, Ariapur®, is the ideal solution to ensure healthy fresh air inside the bathroom. Ariapur® captures 80% of odours directly off the WC pan, eliminating them before they spread. At the same time, it guarantees elimination of stale air and condensation from the bathroom. A silent product, easily installed and compact in size, its elegant design and the possibility of painting it, makes it suitable for all bathrooms. The ideal solution in bathrooms without windows (in houses, firms or public places), but also in all situations where aeration of the room is not practical (heat loss, privacy, etc.).
