a. Geo-bag:

Owing to a rich vendor base, Bhattacharjee Associates are offering Geo Bag, which are available in various sizes and lengths to fulfil the demands of our esteemed clients. These are designed and manufactured at our associates end under the guidance of skilled

 professionals using supreme class raw materials as per the set global norms. The offered Geo Bags are well known for perfect finish, accurate dimensions, compact design,

corrosion resistance and high durability. Further, these bags are perforated or solid-wall polymeric type pipes that are widely used for drainage of liquid or gas.

b. Geo-textile:

We feel proud to introduce ourselves as the leading organization in the domain, engaged in offering Woven & Nonwoven Geotextile. The geotextiles is a permeable flexible membrane, a fabric like sheet that is woven/non-woven. This is manufactured using high grade basic materials keeping in mind set industry. The offered range of Woven & Nonwoven Geotextile is used for separation, filtration, drainage, reinforcement and erosion control application. We offer this product in different specifications at market leading prices.

 

Geotextile is permeable flexible membrane a fabric like continues sheet of woven / non‐woven. Geotextiles are continuous sheets of woven, nonwoven, knitted or stitch bonded fibres or yarns. The sheets are flexible and permeable and generally have the appearance of fabric. Geotextiles are used for separation, filtration, drainage, reinforcement and erosion control application. 

Geotextile Functions

 Separation function; separation of two layers of soil with different soil physical properties, such as road gravel from soft sub-base materials.

Filtration function; retaining fine particles when water passes from a fine-grained to a coarse grained layer, such as when water flows from a sandy soil into a Geotextile wrapped gravel drain.

Drainage function; to drain liquid or gas in the plane of the fabric which results in draining or venting of the soil, such as a gas vent layer in a landfill cap.

Reinforcement function; improving the load bearing capacity of a soil structure, such as a high strength Geotextile to reinforce a retaining wall.

Protection function; mechanical protection of geomembrane against perforation and abrasion, such as a liner protective layer when only gravel fills are available. g. Geo-tube:  

Geo-tube is one of application of geotextile material which is shaped like a long cylinder. Geo-tube can be made out of Woven Geo-textile or Non Woven Geo-textile with various length, width and height according to needs and conditions in the field. The containment capacity is various from 2 m3 to over 10 cum per linear meter of Geo-tubes.

h. Geo-cell:

Geocells are engineered for protection and stabilization applications. They are often used to help improve the performance of standard construction materials and erosion-control treatments.
