Over 20 years of experience in engineering and business management roles. An innate problem solver that draws from a materials engineering background and hands-on experience. Broad exposure across refractory selection and design, ferrous and non-ferrous smelting and refining, mining and business improvement.

Ben has a Bachelor of Engineering (Materials) and tertiary qualifications in Competitive Manufacturing.
