With its trade name OCEAN DIVERS, is a young Mexican company located in Coatzacoalcos

Veracruz and in Carmen City Campeche, Mexico. Dedicated to provide professional diving

industrial services, which occupy different sectors such as: Industrial sector, port industry,

shipping industry, civil works, oil and gas industry as well as the indoor dive markets. For

underwater works, OCEAN DIVERS is operated by professional divers certified with several

years of experience in the field, for atmospheric jobs the staff is professional and specialized,

committed to the customer, efficiency and effectiveness of all works, as well as safety and

protection of the environment. OCEAN DIVERS have the ability to deal professionally with

you regarding any special needs that your organization may have.

OCEAN DIVERS perform all the work according to the proper procedures, respecting and

following the guidelines of national and international standards such as Official Mexican

Standard 014 (NOM-014-STPS-2000) of the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS by

its Spanish acronym), with reference to occupational exposure to abnormal environmental

pressures - safety and hygiene conditions and ADCI (Association of Diving Contractors

International). This last one with reference to International level in the American continent and

some countries of Europe.

In Water Survey (IWS)

OCEADIS S.A de C.V. is an approved company by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS)

to carry out UWILD (Submarine Inspection instead of Dry Dock) and IWS.

IWS is a required inspection to guarantee the structural and operational integrity of a marine

asset, such as offshore MODU, Jack ups, semi-submersibles / floats and marine drilling

elements as well as any type of vessel in general, with class certificate issued by a

classification society member of the IACS (International Association of Classification

Societies) throughout its useful life.

We have certified equipment and personnel, our clients can be sure that the services will be

executed professionally, efficiently and in compliance with the requirements of the IACS.

We work in collaboration with the inspector (Surveyor) of the Classification Society and

shipowner, adapting to your requirements through an agreed scope.

SERVICES DESCRIPTION

1.1. - MAINTENANCE AND

CONDIT IONING

We perform underwater cleaning, marine growth and scrap removal

with the necessary technical equipment for the development of

activities.

1.2.- UNDERWATER CUTTING AND

WELDING

This specialty has an important role in operations with ships,

construction, repair and maintenance of ports, and a whole range of

applications. To be able to perform underwater cutting and welding

operations, it is necessary to have the direct participation of properly

qualified and experienced divers and also with expert surface

support.

This type of underwater activities is very well used in the commercial

field, especially in the repair and maintenance of oil platforms, repair

of docks, piles, metal curtains, pipe laying, installation of anodes, and

many other applications.

We have the necessary technical team to develop this activity.

1.3- SUBSEA INSPECTION

An inspection will determine the status of the material or submerged

object, an inspection can include from just seeing the status in which

it is found, taking photography and underwater video, metrology, until

performing non-destructive tests and even determining solutions for

a construction. Inspection example in marine pipelines.

We can find:

a) Inspection of substructures of marine platforms type I general

visual, type II Detailed visual inspection and level III with NDT,

Inspection of marine pipelines, riser, offset, regular line, submarine

valves, off-route sections, scourges, anchor strokes, debris over

pipelines, pipelines on reefs, leaks, underwater crossings, etc.

b) Geometric, structural and superficial anomalies in regular pipeline,

ascending ducts and beach arrivals.

c) Functional condition of the entire pipeline support.

1.4.- CONSTRUCTION

We make any type of underwater construction in an efficient and

quality way, based on the working procedure that corresponds and

always attached to the plans that the client indicates.

1.5.- RECOVERY AND RESCUE

Search, tracing and recovery of equipment, tools and submerged

parts, as well as ship refloating and all kinds of underwater objects

with the safety and operations procedures that correspond to each

particular case.

1.6.- DREDGING AND

DESASOLVE

A dredging work is defined as the set of necessary operations for the

extraction, transportation and discharge of materials located

underwater, whether in the marine, river or lake environment. These

three stages are fundamental in any dredging work and must be

carefully analyzed to optimize the operation. The first step consists

to extract the material from the bottom, and for this it requires the

specific and manageable equipment as the Air Lift (Air suction

system) and the Hand jet (water jet system), for search, recovery,

construction and underwater inspection we also perform dredging

channels for the craft entry, with dredgers and thermo fusion machine

with bathymetry for depth monitoring.

1.7. - DAMS

Inspection of submerged areas, repair, maintenance, replacement,

desasolve and unblocking of grids, maintenance of gates, repair of

leaks and cracks. Sealing of mouth-intakes for passage valves

service, maintenance and replacement of elements in dams, screens

placement, placement of Irving grills, works in general in

thermoelectric and hydroelectric dams, etc.

1.8. - BRIDGES

Welding supervision, conditioning and installation of sacrificial

anodes, cathode potential capture, cleaning and maintenance of

submerged structures, bathymetries, bed scrap, as well as

destructive and non-destructive tests with qualified equipment and

staff.

1.9. - DOCKS

Construction, removal and replacement of sacrificial anodes;

conditioning, maintenance, cleaning and inspection of its bases or

piles.

1.10.- MAINTENANCE,

CLEANING OF ALL TYPES OF

TANKS AND WATER

CONTAINERS.

Cleaning, conditioning and repair of water storage systems through

diving system and without waste of water, without service

interruption. We perform services in water tanks, fire storage tanks,

water treatment plants and elevated tanks.

1.11.- SUBMARINE

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO IN

CONSTRUCTION AND

INSPECTION WORK.

We have underwater video and photography equipment as well as

editing equipment to report the corresponding activities. The video

system that we use in operations gives us the facility to see the

activities of the diver in real time.

1.12.- UNDERWATER

APPLICATION OF EPOXIC RE-

36 RESIN, NOT TOXIC.

This application is effective in aiding exposed metallic material in tidal

areas where exposure to the sun accelerates metal wear and marine

growth is more abundant as it prevents corrosion by being a highly

industrial anticorrosive material as well as helping to seal cracks and

filtration holes in concrete and metal areas.

1.13.- UNDERWATER AND

ATMOSPHERIC NON-

DESTRUCTIVE TESTS.

What are non-destructive tests?

They are fundamental and essential tools for quality control of

engineering materials, manufacturing processes, product reliability in

service and maintenance of systems whose premature failure can be

expensive or disastrous.

Within these we offer:

• PENETRATING LIQUIDS. It is a method used to reveal surface

fissures or cracks by "bleeding" a visible or fluorescent dye from

within a fault. This is by the ability of a liquid to sprout from inside

a crack on a clean surface through its capillarity.

• MAGNETIC PARTICLES. It consists in the magnetization of a

piece through an electric or magnetic field, after or

simultaneously it is applied ferromagnetic powder on the surface,

which will be attracted where a distortion of the magnetic flux or

"field leakage" lines exists, thus forming the indications.

• INDUSTRIAL ULTRASOUND. This technique is high

frequency sound energy. Which typically consists of functional

units such as transmitter/receiver, transducer and display device.

Allowing us to detect and evaluate faults, make dimensional

measurements. Basically offering us the detection of failures in

welding and the measurement of thicknesses.

We have personnel with experience in these techniques, evaluated

with the different norms and applicable codes, as the client required.

Such as AWS, ASME, API; Our technicians are qualified and certified

by the ASNT (American Society for Non Destructive Testing) and can

perform these jobs in the air or underwater environment (except for

penetrating liquids in the water does not apply).

1.14.- SERVICES TO THE OIL
